Preyed Upon by a "Professional"…read more $600 for one hour--and almost no guidance. I told Aldrich Law Firm I'd already been scammed by a fake lawyer, hoping this consultation would be different. Instead, the lawyer spent the hour saying pursuing my case would cost more than it was worth, gave virtually no advice, and ignored my refund request. The office was empty, the session felt casual, and it felt like being preyed upon all over again. Clearly needs an ethics class. Don't waste your time or money.

I signed a retainer with Aldrich Law Group on 5/22/2023 to file a TRO before 5/31/2023. After two…read moremonths of waiting, they only wrote a one-page letter. When I demanded to have TRO filed the next day, they quit. By the time of their quitting, the Aldrich group did not even register with the court as my attorney. After quitting a few days before the deadline, in addition to the initial consultation fee of $600, they took $9125 from the $15000 trust fund I deposited upon their request when I signed the retainer. They refused to return my deposit. Aldrich also threatened me with a defamation lawsuit in an email if I didn't withdraw my review. When I didn't yield to their threat, they filed a TRO against me. This time, Aldrich only took one day to file its own TRO, as compared with not filing my TRO in two months.
