I used Burdick Law to get my will, power of attorney, and healthcare power of attorney earlier this month. I did extensive shopping for an attorney before deciding on Burdick Law. My decision was based on price, and the initial questionnaire I had to fill out. Many other attorneys' questionnaire was very vague and as a client, I could tell little thought was put into it. The documents came out very well done and I am happy with them. The price was reasonable. The firm's website doesn't work for e-mail contact nor does their e-mail address. I've brought this attention to them via Instagram and Twitter along with here. I'm hearing impaired and do everything via e-mail. This doesn't bring about a start to a good client relationship with a hearing impaired client or customer. There's no reason why a business can't do everything via e-mail given technology plus I'm a retired IT professional. I understand that this is not an IT firm but a legal firm and their webmaster probably screwed up. I handled my father's probate case entirely via e-mail and video conferencing with live captioning.
