Beware - Fraudulent Behavior by Paradise Events and Liting Chan…read more I paid a deposit of nearly $23,000 to Paradise Events and Liting Chan for floral décor four years ago. The wedding was canceled due to Covid (the planning service fee of $6000 was paid separately), and no flower décor were ever provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact her via calls and emails, she has refused to respond or refund my money. I have since left Canada and the deposit was lost forever. Her actions are dishonest and unprofessional--avoid doing business with them if you don't want to risk losing your money.

But hey, the bathroom inside got decorated too! Nice touch! The flowers in the fridge were very fresh and i love the back splashes that I saw. At the reception, the bouquets and flowers at the head table were gorgeous!! I was honoured that my little one was the flower girl and her beautiful little bouquet actually survived the whole day and another two days without me really caring for it.
