Unfortunately, the result was extremely poor: the holes were uneven, misaligned, and visibly damaged the belt. This was not just disappointing -- it rendered the belt unwearable. I expected professional craftsmanship from a shop with a long-standing reputation, but received the opposite. I will not return and cannot recommend this place for any precision leather work.
