In terms of organization, this Staples is one of the better ones I've been to - it's well stocked and the aisles are clean. For one of my first visits I went for some office supplies and I was in and out. For my second visit, I utilized them as a location to complete my TSA Pre-Check application; even though there was a little bit of a wait, they were very friendly and the whole process was very efficient. With ample parking and a convenient location right off the Sprain, this is definitely a location I would return to despite not being in my backyard.

Letterbox in Mount Vernon is inconsistent and often not open during scheduled hours. One UPS store in New Rochelle always has lines out the door. Another UPS store in New Rochelle would only pack my items in bags, even large stacks of books and magazines. Not cool. Also, traffic in New Rochelle is ALWAYS a nightmare. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the UPS on Bronx River Road in Yonkers. It was just a little over a mile from my workplace, it only took a few minutes to get there. No lines. Plenty of supplies available for purchase. The two guys working the counter were super nice and friendly. No lines at all, even three days before Christmas! As far as value, UPS store is always gonna be a little more expensive than regular UPS or the post office. I shipped two packages, each with just some small books and notebooks and it was 15 bucks each. But worth it for the convenience. My only gripe about this is experience is the parking at the shopping center. The spaces are super tight and tiny, to the point you can barely get out of your car.

I do a lot of weird requests and they always come thru, and in a timely manner. I have never had an issue with these Gents/this location. If they aren't able to do a job they let me know right away (it's usually turnaround time with my crazy rush projects). I love the cordialness and jokes from these Gents. They are also very knowledgeable with the Apps for the jobs I send, if there is a mistake Sir Patrick has no issue opening my file and fixing it (but I rarely have this issue). This printer is remarkably unprofessional…read more I placed a series of orders with them for a corporate branding job. The paper and printing was not consistent between jobs. The owner even acknowledged that the jobs didn't match, but he didn't offer to redo any of the work (hard to believe but true). It's clear they do not keep detailed records/samples of previous orders to ensure consistency (also hard to believe but true). Quite conveniently, their invoices don't provide any details of the printing, including paper stock, etc., so you have no idea what you really ordered. If you are looking for a printer to do a one-off job and are desperate, they're adequate. If you are looking for a professional printer who respects their customers and cares about consistency for multiple, related jobs, look elsewhere. I hate to give anyone a one-star rating but they really deserve it. In the meantime, I found a great mom and pop printer in White Plains who is fabulous and really cares about their customers.
