Very incompetent staff. On my first phone call I was told they had a battery for my car and given…read morea price including installation. When I arrived I was told they weren't sure which battery but finally 2 associates 'decided' which one was correct . I was then informed they could not install it and I had to go across the highway to Mavis. Since my existing battery died again, it took 2 associates to jump start it since they thought the battery was in the trunk. Upon arriving to Mavis, I was told they have given me the wrong battery. Mavis installed the correct battery and I had to return to Advance for a refund. The associate had a difficult time determining how to issue a credit since batteries are generally not returnable. All in all, I dealt with 4 associate, none of them knew what they were doing. Never going there again.
