The paint and body repairs look excellent, and from the outside the vehicle looks great. Unfortunately, the condition of my vehicle when it was returned was extremely disappointing. The entire interior was covered in sanding dust from the body shop. Dust was on the seats, dashboard, vents, and throughout the cabin, and the inside of the vehicle still smells like a body shop. My Jeep was brought in clean and well cared for, but it was returned in a condition that felt careless and unacceptable. My biggest concern is that this fine dust has been circulating through the vehicle, raising concerns about what I am now breathing in while driving. When I brought this to their attention, the response I received was simply that they would "wipe it down" because they do not have a detailing department. For a vehicle returned in this condition, that response did not feel adequate. Quality bodywork is important, but so is respecting a customer's vehicle. Based on my experience, anyone using this shop for body repairs should strongly consider negotiating enough off the final bill to have the vehicle professionally detailed afterward, because the cleanup standard here fell far below what should be expected.

But then turned around and said plus $173 for the diagnostic so almost $1000.00. So not only did they lie about eating the diagnostic charge they upped it $24 dollars. So we paid the diagnostic charge and left. Seems pretty untrustworthy to me when they lie from the start. I will definitely not return to this shop or recommend them to anyone.
