I made an appointment through their website and found parking on the street next to their business. Upon entering the owner Scott was extremely welcoming and invited me to have a seat. I asked for a haircut and a shave and it was by far the most professional haircut experience I have experienced. Scott was polite, and explained everything before he did it. The salon is in the Ghent area of Norfolk and the artwork and jazz music playing really added to the experience. I made an appointment online a couple days ahead and arrived a few minutes early. Christina spent several minutes asking about how I wanted my hair cut, checked how it was cut last time, looked at a couple pictures I brought, shared exactly what she'd do, and she cut it perfectly. She was friendly, happy, personable, and it was clear she really enjoys working here, and told me that as well, nice to hear. As others said, they only take cash, which was fine and I knew it up front, and they have an ATM on site if you need it. My first experience here was great and I'll definitely go back.
