They did a great job on my daughter's graduation robe! Friendly and great service! Wonderful service and very fast! Local gem

The workers are great, very friendly. Prices are amazing My dresses looked great. It's about 9 miles from my house but I will definitely go back. I only tried it because of the professionalism and friendliness when I called. read more

These guys are great ! Friendly staff , and our clothes come back great. Also the price is just right.

I was very happy with my experience here! I brought my curtains to get cleaned and at first I was quoted something what I felt was very high. The worker offered for me to leave them and call to check with the owners next day which I was happy to do. The owners actually reached out personally very early the next morning to clarify the price and I was very pleased. I'm happy to come back for future! read more

For over 15 years they have always delivered on their promises. Never droped the ball and always provided great value and service!

They destroyed my clothes. I spent close to $100 on dry cleaning. My sweaters looked like they had been washed. And my silk top was destroyed . Some of my clothes were not even clean. Very disappointed with their service. And will never return there again. read more

Been coming here for just over a year to get my dry cleaning done and the owners Brian and Anna do nothing short of making you feel like family. With the new hybrid work environments I only come in with 3-4 items a month but the owners seem to remember everyone's name and the previous conversations we've had. The service is always A+ and the prices and turnaround. Time are more than fair. I've got to start going into the office more frequently so I expect to be coming in more frequently but I know I'll continue to be taken care of. read more

Quick service, fair prices. I paid $30 for 3 wool coats. Very friendly staff! They don't do leather though.

Excellent they are the best cleaners we've gone to in over 30 years!. They are by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable cleaners out there! read more

I've definitely found a rare, exceptional dry cleaning service with a personal touch. Look no further! Best cleaners in town! I haven't been to a dry cleaners since the 90s but due to some lifestyle changes I'm fitting back into my old clothes and needless to say they were a dusty mess. These are expensive pieces so I wanted to make sure they were done right. They didn't disappoint! The customer service is top tier and they did just was I asked l. Clothes were dry cleaned to perfection and price was right! This will be my cleaners as long as I live in the i.e. salt of the earth people. read more

It's great service. The lady ( owner?) is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Needed some clothes dry cleaned last minute and was accommodated without hesitation. For being a new customer, that's what I'd call great service!! Lewis Cleaners will now be my go-to cleaners going forward. Thanks!! read more

We recently moved and the movers got grease and dirt on our beautiful linen couch slipcover. We thought it was ruined! Took it to Lewis' cleaner's and it's now like new!! He got out the grease, there was no shrinkage and he had it ready 5 days sooner than scheduled so we could have it before Thanksgiving ! Best cleaners ever!! read more

I live on the Canyon Hills community in Lake Elsinore and I recently started using Lewis Cleaners. I must say the service is outstanding. They are very professional and the prices are great. The dry cleaning of our clothes was also outstanding. There wasn't any damaged or uncleaned items upon pick up. I highly recommend this cleaners. read more

$70 501 LEVIS ruined...we are so upset we picked them up last Thursday and they have been hung up in the closet since and today my bf took them out to wear them and he notices this! This is so messed up because I've never had this happen to us before! We will definitely not go back to them! And on top of that the jeans still had stains like that's so crazy what did we pay for ?? These jeans were brand new he wore them a couple times and we sent them to the cleaners not ever thinking this would happen to them. Now he can't even wear them it's so noticeable!! I do not recommend you go here! They ruined a $70 pair of Levi's jeans!!!! If I can do a review with no stars I would!! read more

No matter the day..no matter the time I am always greeted. All the employees I have encountered are polite, helpful and conversational. I had to pick up my laundry so I checked the hours on yelp. It says 7pm closing. I got there a few minutes before 6. The gentleman there was super nice as I apologized for coming after their posted closing time of 5. He said no worries sometimes he stays late doing things. He even helped me carry my laundry to my car. Great customer service is the best, especially during these crazy times. read more

I have been a customer of Lewis Cleaners for several years and they've always done a fantastic job dry cleaning my clothing and my countless table clothes. They are very polite, always accommodating and their turn around time is never an issue. It's always nice to see them all and to share small talk with the owner, she's great. Thank you guys for being a great asset to our community and I'll see you soon with more table clothes. read more

I highly recommend this cleaners! Their customer service is amazing. They are always so friendly and their quality of work is excellent.

This is my first time receiving dry cleaning services from Lewis Cleaners. While I appreciated the price and the flexibility to have my items ready in 2 days (over the Thanksgiving holiday), I found a couple of issues with their service. 1 - I didn't get notified when my dry cleaning would be ready for pickup. I thought it was weird that they'd take down my number, give me a rough estimate ("it should be done Saturday" but note that my puffer might not dry in time) and not contact me. Then I called Sunday to check just to find out that they aren't even open on Sundays. 2 - I brought in a red puffer jacket to get dry cleaned and noticed they poked a huge safety pin through it. I wouldn't mind this if they had pinned this through the tag or through a seam, but they should know puffer jackets have an insulated filling, and the hole left behind has been releasing little bits of this filling since I removed the pin. I also brought in two other coats (one wool, one wool blend) the same time, but haven't received them yet as they're left at my mother's. I really hope that the safety pin did not damage my other coats. read more

Great personal customer service and conveniently located. It's the only dry cleaning service I use locally.

Moving to Lake Elinore in Oct. 2018 finding my places that give great service and pricing. Lewis Cleaners is my go to cleaners. I'm very happy with the friendly staff. I am giving 5 star's I don't need to look any further. I will also recommend to my friends. read more

First time here. I have been looking a good dry cleaners since I moved here from San Diego in January. I would have to drive all the way to San Diego to take my clothes back to my regular cleaners. One because they have been our family cleaners for over 15 years and two you can't beat the price. I think I finally do me a replacement cleaners. M&M read more

First thing I noticed entering the doors was laughter, smiles, and a friendly atmosphere. They treated me like an old friend or at least a regular. But here's the real surprise: I brought in my black sport coat which somehow seemed more wrinkled than it should be. When I picked it up the next day (super rush without a rush charge) it was like new and I wore it to a professional business convention. Then when I returned home and hung up my coat I noticed another black coat--my good one! I had accidentally brought in the old, inexpensive, thrashed around sport coat which was intended to go to a thrift shop, and Lewis Cleaners made it look brand new and actually worthy of a class business meeting! With a smile no less. And the clincher: There was a notice on the counter that they would close early on Halloween to take their grandchild trick-or-treating. Says a lot about the owners. read more

Service: 2-3.5 Convenience: 2.5-3 Value: 2.5-3 Bottom Line: I used to come here. I wouldn't discourage someone from coming here. It's just not as convenient or cheap as the one up RRC Rd. Service: Normally friendly. I came in once and the guy made a sarcastic response that i didn't appreciate. Without going into too much detail, I felt his comment was rude and unnecessary. Basically, he criticized me for something that gives him business. What does he care as long as i pay for the service. After that i stopped coming here. I'm not bitter. it's easier and cheaper for me to patronize other places now. Convenience: This shopping center is easy to get into and out of. But when i need to go back East on RRC Rd the left onto RRC is sometimes a pain and full of traffic. Value: About the price of others I've been to. read more

First time going here and all the employees were super helpful and really sweet. Thank you for being lenient and adhering to my needs.

I've been using them as my dry cleaner for several years because my neighbor hood dry cleaner lacks the appropriate social skill to run a business that deals with the public. Anyhow, they're very friendly regardless of who is working in the facility on any given day. They know me by name - a huge plus!!! Their prices are fair and the couple times over the years that something didn't quite come out clean - no questions asked, they simply re-cleaned it for me. On occasion they do rush jobs for me at no extra price. I did read the comment about writing your name on the tag. I've been coming here for 6-7 years and every shirt, pants, tie, etc. I bring in....when I pick it up it has a little tag with my last name printed on it with a series of numbers and a day of the week that is somehow stapled to the garment (shirts on the tag, pants on a belt loop, ties on the backside where the tag is). Highly recommended if you live in Lake Elsinore. read more

I live up the hill from Lewis Cleaners and I don't do a lot of business with them being retired, but they always treat me like I'm their best customer. They do a great job and it's always ready on time. They have done some alterations and you can't tell the difference between factory or their seams. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

This is the ONLY cleaner I go to. I love this place and have been coming here for years. I have VERY expensive clothing that I wear to work so I just don't trust any cleaners. But let me tell you Lewis cleaners is awesome. The staff is friendly and the lady that works there the majority of the time is a real sweetheart. I highly recommend this cleaner. read more

I took a Formal Gown here to be cleaned and when I picked it up it still looked dirty and stained! I asked them (Brian) to try and clean it again and he said it wouldn't come clean and refused to try any further! He also said Dresses like mine were kind of a one time wear thing! No way a $500.00 dress is a one time wear! He told me to get a second opinion from another cleaner and I did. I went to Central Cleaners she said no problem and got my Dress cleaned the first time! I did call Brian and let him know the outcome and all he said was "I'm glad it came clean" I will never use Lewis Cleaners again and you shouldn't either! Very Poor Customer Service! Waist if time and money! read more
