My brother, who is an USMC vet, unexpectantly passed away. We had no way of getting his DD-214 as he never registered with the VA. I brought in a white coat with fur inside that has never been washed, to be dry cleaned due to some spotting on the sleeves. When I went to pick it up, the jacket had multiple stains and water damage on it that were not there when i brought it in to be cleaned. The women argued with me multiple times, tried to gaslight me over and over, saying, "we don't dirty clothes here we clean them" and after multiple arguments she offered to wash it again after stating she would not refund the price of the wash (which was almost $17 for one jacket) because she needs to get paid. I went to pick it up a second time and she was able to remove the water damage but the stains on the sleeves remained. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced, she was so rude and obnoxious. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here to wash something they don't want ruined. read more

I always do dry cleaning on my husbands button down shirts and I wait until he uses all of his buttondowns and then I will take them to the cleaners. So I walked in with about 50 items. There was a young girl on Sunday who was very rude, I walked in and before I could even say good morning she cut me off and said "phone number?", I was confused and said oh okay it's xxxxxx and then I said "I'd like to..." she cut me off again and said" when do you need it?" I said I need it by today. And she said "IMPOSSIBLE" with such an arrogant tone of voice. I said oh okay, I thought you did same day service she said "yeahh just not Sundays". Very disappointed with this business. The first time we took my husband's military uniform in to be taken in and have the red stripe put on the pants, originally we had told the lady something wrong (which was our fault), when we went to pick it up we knew we had made the mistake so we took in a new stripe to have her place on the pants instead, but noticed that she used WHITE thread on a RED strip on my husbands dress blues... we proceeded to let her know that the new thread needed to be the same color as the stripe and exactly where to place it. She informed us that she was unable to attach the stripe to the sides of the pants over the pocket without loosing the pocket completely... now my husbands been in the military for 11 years and this is the FIRST time someone has ever said that to us and every other time, it has been done perfectly without a problem. She proceeded to tell us she will do as best she can. During the second visit I also dropped off my dress for our ball to have the lace arm bands taken in a little and the sides a little tighter. She was very nice and measured me quickly and all was set to go. Today I went and picked up everything. Once I got to work I had a second to examine everything and noticed that there was A LOT wrong. First, the straps on the dress were awful and weren't even done to be hidden on the inside of the dress, except the strap on the right that was cut and sewn to the inside of the dress in the front, however for the left side, it was just folded a little on the back side and sewn to the dress (pictures attached). Next, she completely sewed through the pockets on his dress pants and the stitching wasn't even even. The strip also wasn't over the crease, but down the edge of it. My main frustration is the run I found in the back of the dress (a BRAND NEW DRESS THAT STILL HAD THE TAGS ON IT WHEN DROPPED photo also attached). NOTHING was mentioned to me about the run, however the dress does fit well on the sides. For $100 in alterations for a military uniform that needs to be basically perfect Incase it gets inspected, I expected more especially because all the other reviews were positive. The dry cleaning was good but will likely not use this company again for alterations! read more

If something is needed asap they will have it ready for me while still keeping the others for regular pick up. My sister was getting married in 24hrs and her dress had been sent to get steamed at another facility but came back even wrinklier than before (I'm not sure how) So my mother and I tried to steam her pleaded mermaid style dress and were unsuccessful. What kind of place doesn't give you a courtesy call to let you know that it's been over 30 days! I take full responsibility for forgetting that I left my dress there after a wedding I attended to in October 2014. But it's April 2015...6 months! How do you just give away items that haven't picked up before calling! They also had my dress in the system as October 2013. So you inaccurately put in into the system and then do your annual clean up without contacting your clients! Absolutely unprofessional! I will be making sure they refund my entire dress.
