I have been going to Town Square Cleaners for approximately 12 years now. Over that time I have had all types of items cleaned from tops, jackets, pants, dresses , and at least two types of bedspreads. I have never had anything but an excellent job done on all items. The staff, Tim, Julie, Willie and others have always been truly professional and very friendly. They let me put my daughter's business cards there, giveaway candies, and even dog treats if your dog is with you. I can't say enough how much I appreciate them. read more

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding a recent service I received at your establishment. On my visit to drop off garments, I provided very clear and specific instructions concerning the starching and creasing preferences for my items. I explicitly requested light starch and indicated that creases should only be applied to the sleeves and trousers, with a particular emphasis on *avoiding* military creases on the front of the blouses. To my considerable dismay, upon collecting my items four days later, it was immediately apparent that these instructions had been entirely disregarded. Not only were my specific requests not met, but the service provided was, in fact, the exact opposite of what I had carefully stipulated. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of your staff at pickup, I was met with explanations that did not adequately address the failure to follow instructions, even after I highlighted that my precise requirements were documented on the service tag your own team had created. This oversight meant that I left your premises with garments that were unusable as presented. As a direct result, I was compelled to return home and personally re-wash and re-iron the items myself to achieve the desired look and feel. The quality of my own efforts, I must add, significantly surpassed the 'professional' service for which I had paid. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of both my time and money. It is clear that the level of attention to detail and customer instruction adherence falls far below an acceptable standard. Consequently, I will no longer be utilizing your services. read more

First of all they took over a month to return my cover due to them I guess being on vacation and what not. By the time we picked it up we stored it in our room without opening it because we didn't need to use it. Months later we finally get it out and we noticed there was huge stains on it. Somehow the first stain was a really big black stain then it looks like they tried to bleach it and the stain turned pink. The cover is completely ruined, and it was an expensive cover. We did not take it back because it had been months since our service. Never once when we picked it up did they say it was stain or we received a credit, mind you they charged me $50 to get it dry cleaned. All this to say I would never go back there and I would not recommend this place. read more

Terrible job on my suit would def not recommend for high end items or low end items.... I brought my 10k+ LV suit and had to sign incase anything happened of course my suit came back in worse condition then it was dropped off in.... I took my feather down comforter last Saturday on 2-24-24. The gentleman was responsive and genuinely concerned that they could dry clean my comforter. Knowing the horror stories, I usually let them know it's a feather down and don't mind if they took the time to clean and puffy and light like I gave them. One week, pick up next Saturday to make sure. Too my surprise it was done today. Wow early. No explanation why. Just pick up. Too my horror and to be expected.. it was too soon. Fluff is gone.. $50 bucks for worst condition. Probably washed. Not dry cleaned. Sucks bccause they are local. New stain per picture. Gave then the benefit of the doubt. They should not say that they down feather down comforters... Paid to get beautiful comforter ruined. Lost for words and sleep...lesson here is to adamantly declare to Town Square cleaners i wanted it dry cleaned and not in washing machine to be ruined which i can do that for free.. read more

I cannot thank this business for accommodating me. I needed a blazer cleaned for a funeral Of my dad and I was brought in the blazer with little time for them to clean it. There was a help wanted sign on the door so I know they were working with limited staff. Not only did they accommodate me they did an excellent job of removing frosting from the sleeves from the last time I wore the blazer. It was cleaned and packaged with care and it looked great. I highly recommend this business for your dry cleaning, pressing, or other cleaning services they offer. I really like how Convenient the location is and is easy to get in and out quickly. I've never gone to the dry cleaners before. I didn't look up any reviews honestly, I just looked up the closest drycleaner to my job. Townsquare cleaners was the first one to pop up, I immediately called at around 650 which was before they opened and I did get a response from who I believe is the owner. He was very polite and that's why I give this review two stars instead of one. But the real reason for my lower view is because the outcome of how my hats came out. They were all wrinkled, looks like they were put in a washer machine. If I would've known they would've gotten messed up this way I just would've washed them myself in the washing machine. Also I never received any calls that my house we're ready. I had to go in the day after to check on the status and he let me know that it would be done hopefully by the next day. Thank you for you response and refunding the cost of lost revenue and dry cleaning. In response, my review was posted before I contacted your business. I was contacted by your husband that same day. He stated he would contact me at 8 am in the morning. I did not hear any thing in response so I went over to the business later that morning. I spoke with your husband regarding the damage and he stated that they did not cause the damage. He stated it could have been brought in like that or something in the manufacturing process of the duvet cover. I offered to show him the online listing photos that revealed no damage. He declined several times. As did you when I brought the item in to show damage. I also offered to show photos of the recent sale which was the day before and you stated you didn't need to. You are correct in noting that I buy and sell on line. However I sell only my personal items. Nothing that was bought on line as insinuated in your response. I told your husband that I posted a negative review on Yelp which he responded "that was not nice". I told him I would retract my review and continue to frequent the business. I am doing that now. Perhaps we both should have been more patient with the time when responding on Yelp. Although I don't have five children I am older and am on social security with limited income. I told you the price I received for the item and only wanted compensation for the sale and my dry cleaning costs which I felt was fair. I offered to show the pic of the sale and you, to your credit, honored my word. In response to the comment that I benefited from this transaction I will write a check for the cleaning and will take the duvet cover when it returns from the inspection. Please let me know when it is returned. I think having the Dry Cleaning Association look at the item is a good idea. It could give you and other cleaners as well as consumers the potential problems when cleaning this type of item. So on closing, this business honored my complaint fairly and I would recommend them based on all positive reviews. read more

Tried twice in a stretch of 7 days to reach them by phone with questions prior to bringing in a dress. Their voicemail says they'll call you back within 24-48 hours but I can confirm that this is not the case. I've left 2 messages during their supposed hours of business to never hear back. Super impressed by both the customer service and the service itself . As an avid DIY'er, I never get clothes dry cleaned. I'll either hand wash or use dryel . But I had an item that there was no getting around the need to have dry cleaned . I had a $500 white pantsuit with tags still attached that I wanted to list for resale online. I was anxious to list it because I was sure I'd get top dollar for it because it's an in demand label and the tags are still on it. That was.. until I took it out of my closet and looked in horror at how it had somehow become horribly streaked with yellow water mark looking stains!! For the life of me I have no idea what could've happened in my closet for that to happen and I'll probably never know. The cleaners were very quick to let me know that there were no promises on whether or not they were going to be able to get them out. The last thing I wanted was to spend even more money on a suit I never wore but then won't be able to sell either if the stains don't come out.. but I didn't have much choice .. Cut to 5 days later (not how long it took for them to do it just how long it took me to pick it up :)) OMG!! The suit IS white after all (we had wondered if perhaps it was an off white suite due to the "before" stare it was in ..) It looks BRAND NEW! (Of course it IS brand new but I digress) . They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations ten-fold! I have no doubt now that I'm going to make a good sum of my money back from the resale of this suit all thanks to them:) I will be back!!! Thank you soooo much!! So against the advice of my mom, I ruined my favorite throw pillows because I decided to hand wash them with detergent and burned them in the dryer. This was my first time coming here for their service and the above are the main reasons why I wouldn't bring my business here again. After paying and inspecting my garments I noticed there were a lot of fuzz and sparkles on my uniform. The lack or regard after voicing out my concern was disturbing. Then I'm being told that the sparkles usually don't come off completely justifying why the job wasn't done right. The gentleman brought out a lint roller and barely dabs it. After that poor attempt I asked to borrow the lint roller and I took 10 minute doing what should have been done prior to me picking it up. I came with my business here, assuming that I'll be paying for the convenience and quality work. I was not expecting having to take care of it myself.
