They no longer provide medication after you go home so you are back to square one & returning again & again. I am aware they have regulations against giving opioids but look at my history of back pain. I am certainly not seeking drugs, my goal is to dissipate the pain. I know they are extremely busy but I didn't like being treated as an object & not as a human being. I think something needs to be done to bring back good old nursing care & compassion.

This resident has been hit multiple times by other residents the facility, the facility is not clean for example: dirty floors, dirty elevators, dirty walls, anything you send your loved ones will be stolen, no privacy, broken beds, huge dips in the bed mattress, floors are disgusting and water damage on ceilings. Very understaffed and very uncaring. they must get water from there dirty sinks and employees have stated how bad it is. Worse place I have ever witnessed for any human to live like.
