The inspection price was very reasonable and he was able to check out the house quickly. The sellers used him to update the electrical system before we moved into the house. Because no one could be in the house during the process, the sellers chose to move out several days prior to closing. Overall, he was very professional, priced reasonably and kind. I changed out the breaker -- the extent of my electrical knowledge and that didn't resolve it. I then filed a claim with my home warranty service and that's how I got the pleasure of meeting them. They spent about an 1 1/2 hrs if not two running down the problem. Turned out there was a short in one of the lights out side and was causing everything to blow. However, they followed up on every switch in that line to ensure it was the only problem. He also found a problem that was unrelated with an outlet and fixed it. This was a small job but I was very pleased with their work effort and thoroughness. Both were extremely nice and very gracious. I've had hit or miss with the quality of the warranty work but this was a hit.
