We especially loved the complimentary "thank you" provided by the home - forget me not seeds to plant in honor of the loved one. How absolutely wonderful. The room the service was held in was roomy and comfortable. Kudos for making what could have been a very sad day one that was filled with pure love.

When we lost my father recently, my two sisters were the ones who had to deal with the funeral arrangements. Luckily, they were in the hands of one of the nicest funeral directors you would ever want to meet. That's Rocco. He guided them very gently through the many decisions they had to make, was very calming and sympathetic to my mother, didn't try to upsell us on anything and generally made what is a most painful experience one that honestly... wasn't too bad. He thought of everything, really, he did and took notice of even the smallest of things. For example, at the funeral mass, when he moved the flowers from one area to another, he was literally on his hands and knees discreetly picking up fallen flower petals off the floor. His timing was impeccable and kept the services on time and the crowds in line. After the funeral was over, we panicked for a moment because no one remembered to write down who sent which flowers so we could thank them. No worries - Rocco had already collected them and provided the cards to us later. I will be forever grateful for his many small kindnesses and treatment of our family during this difficult time.
