The owner, Linda is very talented and the kids all pick up on the steps quickly. The school dancers working with the kids are all wonderful, talented and kind. I couldn't believe how beautiful everything was at their first show last June and how much fun my kids had at their shows. The studio itself is clean and beautifully set up. It's really an incredible dance school.

Teachers are warm and patient, with just a slight bit of sternness (just enough to maintain order in a class with busy body preschoolers who have a short attention span. Ie.. 'Rianna what position is your feet supposed to be in?, or Where are you supposed to be? " I do not listen to explicit music and should I have heard any explicit music, I would have grabbed my daughters hand and ran. Even the Hip Hop portion of Ballet/Hip Hop class they used the clean version. My daughter is very shy and the instructors were extrememly patient with her. It is the most toxic environment I have ever witnessed at a school, and without a doubt, the person responsible for the abhorrent culture is the superintendent. He leads by setting the wrong examples for everyone, as he is an apathetic individual that does not seem to comprehend the negative impact he has on the entire community. Or if he does comprehend the consequences, he doesn't care because he only cares about himself. In my opinion, he is a disgrace to his profession, and is completely unfit to be working in education. And even worse, the administration and teachers that he decides to retain in the district, have similar personalities as his cutthroat ways foster getting rid of anybody that opposes his apathetic decisions. The administration is filled with incompetence. The teachers are the leftovers of those who can't get a job elsewhere (to a high degree, not necessarily every single teacher), and the kids learn from the teachers and administrators that they see every day. Everything I said is in my opinion.
