The teachers give us updates and a plan for our children to succeed and achieve their potential. The rates are great. ALL the teachers are professional, caring and nurturing. They appear to have the Montessori tools for learning upon viewing the school/classroom, but they do not actual follow the teaching methods of it! If your child does not follow directions 100 % & does not immediately adapt, the Directress Lenore will be very condescending, biased & down right offensively rude-even suggesting have my son evaluated for "special services." The teachers will smile so beautifully in your face just to "kick you & your child in the back." They do not possess character traits of "loving hands" nor the actual "Montessori Methods." The owner Cheryl, does an amazing job with her curriculum. She prepares the children for Kindergarten with a well rounded education. Cheryl integrates cultural arts, music and physical activity into her program. In my 33 years of teaching, I have never witnessed an end of year performance as good as Kiddie Kollege. With Cheryl's background in the arts, she teaches music education by showcasing this in her show by allowing the students to express themselves creatively by singing and dancing. This gives the children the chance to experience stage presence which builds confidence. As a teacher, I have observed many elementary school plays, musicals etc. Cheryl's quality of shows surpasses any show I've ever seen on that level. Cheryl is an intelligent, dedicated, professional business woman that provides the children with a safe and nurturing environment. This is evident by the students academic achievement. I would choose Kiddie Kollege over any public or private pre-k.

I've written Google reviews summarizing our terrible experience but they've been magically deleted. Not sure how they did that but I hear that's not easy to do here. Two years ago, in the heart of the pandemic, we began out three year old at this school. I receive a call on day two from Trisha, the main administrator, with a sarcastic laugh "Yeah, sorry this won't work" My son pulled a girl's hair. While I acknowledge this behavior must be corrected and we are disciplinarians, they kicked my son out because he pulled someone's hair? Rather than suggesting extra services (my son had delayed speech for which he received help in the next preschool in Northport), they resorted to abrupt expulsion of a three year old. Outrageous and unfair. My 5 year old of course is now thriving as he received speech therapy. He is well behaved and shame on you for tainting a childhood. God knows what happened in the class that my son is terrified of going back. A security threat? From a three year old? Lazy and unbecoming. Even if you get this review deleted, God is watching you. Ironically.
