My family and I have never done a family photo shoot and we were excited to at least get one photo for a canvas. We had no idea how to pose or what to do. Miguel was the perfect photographer, especially for people who are not experienced in getting their photo taken. We love all of the poses that he suggested. He was so funny and personable which helped capture some really organic smiles and happy moments. We also included our puppy in the photo shoot and he did such a great job capturing our dog and getting her attention as well. Needless to say we've gotten much more than one good photo that we set out for. I would definitely recommend MN photography to all of my family and friends and look forward to booking again in the future. In both contracts it clearly states that all wedding pictures & videos would be delivered within 3 weeks after the wedding. We received our full wedding album & only the short wedding video 4 1/2 months later. Our video contract clearly stated that a full wedding video & a short film were included. We were told that the full wedding video was still being worked on, guaranteed us that all the wedding footage was saved, and that within a week we'd get the complete video. March 2017, 3 months after we were promised the delivery of the completed video, we were we are told that entire footage had been lost and will get a refund for the video cost. It is incredibly aggravating, sad, and disappointing we got the run around for months, and at the end, have no full wedding video. A wedding is such a beautiful and life changing event you'd want a video for. We're extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and lack of professionalism the videographer and Impact Images had throughout these last few months. We will no longer work with Impact Images.
