He had lots of interesting historical context to the bourbon industry and Lexington in general. We went to 5 well known distilleries and then a smaller one named Larrikin all in around 8 hours and feel like that was about the perfect amount of time to browse and sample. If you go to Larrikin you need to try their maple bourbon cream. It's unbelievable. Their bourbon and gin are also excellent. Halfway through the tour we stopped at a bbq spot to refuel.
