Also, stayed on the phone for a whole day to figure out if they could retrieve my old phone back despite the fact I had a screen shot of the driver name, license plate number and description of the car. This also lead to nothing. I did some research and come to find out the number that the driver called me on was a masked Lyft number. Also, they get an incentive for "retrieving a lost phone $25" but no incentive to the passenger for losing their phone. I am surprised this company even exists. Also, this was a hospital business account that set up the ride but apparently I have to provide this information to get my phone back which how would I have this information? Why won't they contact the business account associated with it? They just do not care. Do not waste your time with this it will lead no where and complete misery. ​

I canceled as I was not ready to be picked up and scheduled it for the specified time to arrive at the correct time. I was then charged a cancellation fee. I have tried to dispute it with Lyft on the app as this was their mistake, not mine, and it just says they found no issue with the charge without giving me the chance to explain. I also cannot find a phone number anywhere that lets me talk to an actual person about this.
