The fine folks here have helped me out by doing work quickly and affordably, with friendly service. I took my MacBook Air to Hartland to have the keyboard replaced; one of the key caps had come off…read moreand simply no longer worked. I also took in a older MacBook Pro that would no longer boot up. When I got my computers back (at more than $200) things were fine -- for about a month or so. The trackpad on the Air stopped working and the cursor frequently moved on its own. I took it to the Apple Store and they replaced the trackpad. The cursor problem got worse. Back at the Apple Store again, they said that the back of the computer did not match the top of the computer -- the serial numbers didn't match and evidently the trackpad didn't fit correctly when it was replaced by Hartland. The cursor issue was also caused because the back had been replaced by a back that didn't match. I ended up having to buy a new MacBook Air; the Apple Store did credit me for the trackpad they replaced but I was still out a lot of money because of what Hartland did. I guess they figured it didn't matter if they used cheap or substitute parts. Or maybe they just don't want to repair computers any longer. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I took my TV here for repair on 2/8/17, and was told they would assess it and send me an estimate via email. I received the email, approved the estimate. I was told at the counter that it would be repaired in 3-5 business days. Cool. On 2/16/17, I was wondering how the repair was going so I called and got to speak with a guy who told me the part had just arrived and that it'd "be a couple of days because it's a delicate repair." I can live with that. On 2/23/17, I called back to get a status update and there was no answer. I left a voicemail asking to be called back. No one has ever returned my calls. I've called on 2/25/17, 3/4/17, 3/7/17, 3/11/17, and again today (3/15/17) all of which have never been returned. I have sent a Facebook instant message, and replied to the original email I received for the work order. Nothing; no response. This place is a joke! But I'm not laughing - I'm angry. I'm going to have to take off work to physically show up at their storefront to see if anyone is there so I can get my TV. They're ridiculous. Don't do business here. Just buy another TV. You'll thank yourself later.
