I took my TV here for repair on 2/8/17, and was told they would assess it and send me an estimate via email. I received the email, approved the estimate. I was told at the counter that it would be repaired in 3-5 business days. Cool. On 2/16/17, I was wondering how the repair was going so I called and got to speak with a guy who told me the part had just arrived and that it'd "be a couple of days because it's a delicate repair." I can live with that. On 2/23/17, I called back to get a status update and there was no answer. I left a voicemail asking to be called back. No one has ever returned my calls. I've called on 2/25/17, 3/4/17, 3/7/17, 3/11/17, and again today (3/15/17) all of which have never been returned. I have sent a Facebook instant message, and replied to the original email I received for the work order. Nothing; no response. This place is a joke! But I'm not laughing - I'm angry. I'm going to have to take off work to physically show up at their storefront to see if anyone is there so I can get my TV. They're ridiculous. Don't do business here. Just buy another TV. You'll thank yourself later. read more

I brought my 60" vizio to have it looked at. Was told it would be 3-5 business days. I was called the next day. My tv was ready ahead of schedule plus the price was actually below the estimated cost. Haven't had a problem with it yet. Would highly recommend. read more

Call them on Thursday was wanting to get my TV looked at the lady said it was a free service house call. Great Tuesday comes around right before he's on the way he says yeah you know there's a $65 charge I said no it was told me that it was free after thinking about it he said well I can't do it for free I said well that's fine I can't afford right now because I paid $80 for the TV and it's not working so. The point is don't use them I think he said the lady was new but I think his excuses well will tell him free but when we get them on the phone will kind of tell him $65 just to make a service call charge which is BS and wrong don't hire them. read more

Very, very unprofessional. I made an appointment (it was with the owner) and took the day off work to drop off my TV to sell. Owner didn't show. When the guy in the office called to remind the owner of this appointment, it apparently did not faze him/her that they had missed it. They said I could leave my TV there until the owner decided to show up that afternoon. I made them load the TV back up in my car. No way will I EVER consider giving them my business. It was a complete waste of time. I don't know what kind of business owner this person is. Obviously not one that cares about customers. read more

These people had my TV for two hours and called me with a diagnosis that the TV could not be repaired because they couldn't get the necessary part from a trustworthy source and advised me to recycle my TV. I asked them what the part was and found it on eBay in 30 seconds. After I shared this information, the said they needed to do research to determine how much labor would be. One week later, I still have no updates for the SIMPLE information and I'm starting to feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. Check out some other places before you go here. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The workers in this store never contacted me about when my TV would be finished. After 3 1/2 weeks of calling the store to figure out if my TV was even able to be repaired, I realized the employees were screening my calls. After I called from an unknown number, they finally answered and informed me that they actually didn't know how to fix my TV. The employees then told me that they would call me back with the final answer and they never contacted me. I'm fairly positive they wanted to refurbish my TV and sell it for a profit in their store. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND!! I took my flat screen to the shop for repair, sound was not working. Repair was fast (2 days) but after getting television home the sound went out after 2 hours of use. Took television back to shop and it took over two weeks for repair. After having television home for a week, I have discovered a crack in the frame (tv must hav been dropped) and it was glued back together, must admit they did a good job hiding it since it took me a week to discover. So although the tv was repaired, the fact that they didn't admit to dropping the tv makes me rate them as low as possible. Wouldn't recommend any business who doesn't do honest business. read more

This company is a scam. I would not recommend anyone using them. We paid them $75.00 to come out and give us an estimate. They came out and looked at our TV and said they would have a quote by the end of the day. I waited 2 days and didn't hear any tried calling and again he apologized and said he would have us an estimate by the end of the day. I never heard back I sent and or left up to 10 messages asking to have a manager call me. Still never heard back. This was a very expensive TV that was custom built into our wall so I made it very clear we wanted the TV fixed. A month later after having to go buy a TV and rebuild the wall they finally sent an estimate. I personally think this company is a scam. I have never dealt with anyone and gotten this bad of service. I paid Precision TV Repair $140 to repair my TV. A day and a half after getting TV back it is still broke. Asked for refund or repair. Didn't get it. On 6/4/15 I took my LCD TV to Precision TV repair and explained to them that sometimes my TV screen goes white with lines after it has been on for awhile. The front desk guy immediately charged me $39 (debit payment) for a TV inspection fee (Invoice Number 1150604571). On 6/9/15 Precision TV called me back and said they left my TV turned on for hours but it never turned white with the lines. So, by that logic, my wife, my eight year old, and I must have been mistaken about seeing white lines. Leaving my TV turned on for hours was also their idea of professionally troubleshooting the problem of the TV instead of properly testing its internal components. The guy on the phone told me for $99 (cash this time) more they could clean the TV and check the cables to make sure there would be no more problems from the TV (Invoice Number 1150609598). He assured me that would fix any further issues with my TV. A day and a half later the same white lines appeared on my TV. I took a picture and a video and emailed it to their tech guy. I told the first guy that took my money both times that at this point I either needed my TV repaired for the $140 that I already paid or a full refund (I had no intention at this point to give them even more money). He did not want to do either because he said he had to clear it with the tech guy (who ironically didn't come in that day). I called back later that same day and he still wouldn't give me an answer about repairs or a full refund and said he had to clear it with his boss (who ironically wasn't there either). He said they would call me back 6/15/15 but never did. Precision TV Repair took my $140 and did not repair my TV and they apparently are not interested in fixing it or refunding my money. All I have now is a broken TV and I'm out $140 for nothing. It's not right and they know it's not right. Other businesses stand by their work and customer satisfaction. Precision TV Repair doesn't seem to care about either. STAY AWAY from "precision" TV Repair if you don't want to be ripped off. read more
