The staff were friendly and kind. They went the extra mile and retrieved de-icer when I couldn't get my lock to open one very cold afternoon. I was concerned about spending on storage, but I felt good about it because the site is secure and the other renters friendly. I had to meet a lot of people to show items for sale, and no one ever complained or gave me a cross look. Everyone was always very friendly and kind. I only have positive experiences to say about Space Center Storage.

Service at the office was smooth. Overall the storage unit was good, staff was really friendly and the place was safe. It's especially special when one of the ladies working at the front office knew my name as I asked them to close my unit. If only I could have such a good memory.... :)

For the uninitiated storage trekker, Lex-stor should be your first and only stop. I've patronized this facility for over 2 years now and I'm more than happy with it. Do not trust this company. My experience with StorageMart has been defined by predatory billing and…read moredeceptive advertising. They promised me a promotional rate and three months of covered rental insurance. Despite me providing proof of my own active insurance policy, they deliberately charged me for their own insurance at the start of the third month and point-blank refused to refund the money. It is clear that their business model relies on trapping customers in unauthorized charges and then hiding behind "administrative requirements" to keep your money. To make matters worse, the units are not the size they advertise. They consistently shave inches off the units--likely to cram more people into the facility--meaning you are paying for space you are not actually receiving. When I challenged them on this, they tried to offer me a "credit" for a unit I am already moving out of, showing that they have no intention of ever actually making things right. This is a dishonest, money-grabbing operation. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

That way you can explain to customers like myself WHY this is happening!" I finally got an answer from their customer service number-Turns out myself and every other renter are paying for THEIR maintenance! You collect rent monthly from hundreds of us as renters and yet YOU can't pay for your own maintenance?? Instead you pass the buck off to the working class! Utter BS. Also beware of Rebecca the site manager-She's an ultra conservative "Christian" and a Trump supporter..She likes to let everyone know exactly how she feels about abortion, politics etc..I reported this to the company. So hey Rebecca! How about keeping your crappy opinions to yourself, having a shred of professionalism and just doing your job?!? Now I'm paying almost $400 a MONTH!!!!
