I had a cough, stuffy ears, pressure on my forehead and cheeks for about 2 weeks. I'd taken multiple different medicine. I stopped by here and the check-in process was very simple. They had a tablet that you inputted all your information. I found this to be a very good idea. This way all the information was important into the first desk ladies computer immediately. I didn't have to wait that long to be brought to the back. They took my weight and asked my height. Then they took me to a room and tried to take my blood pressure. The nurse had a little difficulty. Within 10 minutes someone else walked in and asked me what was wrong. The nurse practitioner walked in and repeated all the systems I told the previous person. I said that is correct and she prescribeded me some medication and she walked out. read more

Hours posted are incorrect drove 25 minutes because I felt terrible, and the hours said 9pm, but when you look at google it says 8:30 so I showed up at 8 because again I felt terrible and wanted to know what was going on and they closed early shut all lights off, if that's the case fix your hours, so people don't waste there time driving out of there way to seek medical attention. read more

This is a horrible excuse for an urgent care and don't recommend coming here. I'll explain my story below. I received stitches from their Nicholasville road location back in mid July. I later received a bill from them for $275 for said stitches. I thought I needed to pay it, assuming they were out of network for my insurance. I wrote a check and didn't think twice about it. Until a week later when I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance stating they paid the full amount and I owed the urgent care nothing. I didn't think much of it - just thought the insurance paid for it after the urgent care sent me the bill and they wouldn't cash the check. BUT, they did cash the check. I then called them to rectify this and get my refund. They use a third party answering service so I couldn't speak with anyone directly about this issue - all they could do is take my information for a call back. I didn't receive a call back for a month so I called again, same story. I called back after a week, and still haven't received a call back. I don't recommend anyone coming here. You may pay for something your insurance covered and not only not get a refund, but not even the decency of a return phone call to explain what's going on. I get we're in weird times now and they're probably overwhelmed. But this happened in mid July and it is currently mid November. This is inexcusable behavior so get treated here at your own risk. There are other urgent cares in the area that will treat you with respect and honesty, but this establishment is not one of them. read more

I called today Saturday July 18th 2020 at 2:30PM the receptionist was extremely rude. I asked to book an appointment for my sick girlfriend and she referred me to a website. As I do not have internet on a regular basis I asked to book one over the phone. She said they were booked till Monday and to call the ER and hung up. I called back to ask for a managers number or email address due to her being extremely rude and she wouldn't give me any information. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. Check the other yelp reviews seems to be consistent. It's pretty sad that is the way a repeat customer would be treated when I am only looking to get help for my girl friend. She didn't ask if I wanted to book for Monday she legit hung up. I called back she said the phone disconnected, which I heard the phone slam. I asked to be transferred to a supervisors voicemail, they lied and said the phones do not have transfer capabilities. I'm not sure who hired this lady but I will make sure to never come here again. read more

Came in on a Thursday and was sent to the emergency room across the street because they were not able to care for me. They walked me across the street and I asked them if I could leave my car there since I didn't have a way of moving it and they said I could. When I came back today on Saturday because I was bedbound on Friday my car had been towed and they are not trying to help me at all. Terrible service that I would not recommend to anyone. read more

I had scheduled a Covid test for travel, which was difficult to find even a couple days out. Per the instructions on my appointment confirmation e-mail, I notified the office upon my arrival via text and waited in my car. The text response was an automated response stating that number was an undocumented line and to call the office for assistance. Also in my e-mail, I was instructed not to call the office. I called the main number and went through the automated run-around, never getting to speak to a real person. After a half hour, I walked to the front door and rang the doorbell as the door was locked. After waiting 15 minutes, I finally returned to my car and left. Hopefully, I can find someplace at the airport where I can test. read more

I had a great experience at this clinic. First off the office visit charge is $70, much cheaper than other clinics in town. You fill out your paperwork on a tablet which is easy and more convenient than the paper form. After filling out paperwork I only waited about 15 minutes to go to a room. After talking to nurse and doing weight measurement, blood pressure, and etc I waited another 10 minutes for the nurse practitioner. I cant remember her name but she was very friendly and down to earth as were the rest of the staff. Everything was clean as well which us super important to me. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had been sick for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and had originally tried to go to the student health care but they were full. I ubered to lexington urgent care to be ignored by the receptionist. All the employees carried on with their own non-work related conversations. After I finally was checked in, 20 minutes passed before I finally said something to the receptionist. I asked to go to the bathroom or if she had any water because I was feeling ill. I repeated myself twice before she replied with "You have to get tested for covid before using the bathroom". I asked when I would be tested and she said "right now". The nurse who tested me had 63 vaccines. I was told to wait outside for 15 minutes. On the verge of passing out, I finally was texted to come back in. 5 minutes past and I was finally taken back to be seen by a doctor who looked like he was picked off the street and put into a costume. He repeated the symptoms I had told the nurse before him and looked at me for a total of 3 minutes. He prescribed me an antibiotic and some sort of cough medicine. He prescribed me an antibiotic without diagnosing me with anything. I recommend this place to nobody. The employees only care about their conversations and the doctor seemed to be more interested in getting me out of there. read more

Dr. Burton and the staff is amazing!! Dr. Burton explained the procedure that she needed to do for my foot injury and made sure that I was comfortable while she was doing the procedure. I almost never do reviews, but I had to for this place because I was scared at first based on the other reviews. They were nothing less than professional. My experience with the receptionists here was one of the ugliest encounters I have had in my life. I was here on Easter, and obviously in a pretty dire situation that I was in an urgent care on Easter. The doctors were very accommodating, there wasn't much of a problem there. But when I went to check out and asked for a clarification, it led to an exchange with the receptionists who were so appallingly rude that eventually left, crying (don't forget I'm also sick as a dog). I tried leaving my phone number for the managers, and they never contacted me. It's been several months since this happened, and it still makes me mad. This was the worst Urgent Care experience I have had in my life. They scammed me out of my copay and only proceeded to tell me I could not be helped until after they could no longer refund the money I had paid. I went in with excruciating pain in my knee, and asked to me seen by a doctor. I was visiting from out of town and needed medication to help me function until I was able to return home to my primary care physician. I have multiple tendon tares in my knee, and am unable to walk or even sleep due to the pain. The doctor saw me and without even looking at my knee, said she could help me if she wanted to but didn't see my immediate need. She was rude, and made assumptions about me and my pain without even examining me. I was out my copay and they just made me pay them so they could tell me that they didn't want to help me. I was in this office on Sunday morning. Everyone was cheerful, courteous and professional I would recommend them.

Don't even think of going there. I called to schedule a COVID antibody test. They said no appointment was needed, so I drove over. There was one guy in the waiting room. I signed in, the guy was called back, and I waited. And waited. and waited. The guy left and I waited. The receptionist wasn't doing anything. She went in the back and stayed for about 20 minutes. After 45 minutes, I went back to the registration desk and started calling out to see if anyone was there. Finally, after about 5 more minutes she came back. I asked how long would it be since I had already waited 45 minutes. She said she was getting ready to call me back. So, I sat back down. Someone came in wanting a physical for work. She make me wait while she registered her. Then, a few minutes later, she finally called me back. The test took about 2 minutes. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS THE ONE WHO DID MY TEST AND SHE HAD MADE ME WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR WHILE SHE DID NOTHING. She said they would call me with the results. I'm not holding my breath. My wife had to come here because our UK Urgent Care was closing before we were able to arrive from out of town. When we arrived we were told it would be 5-10 minutes to be seen. However, before she was called, someone came and shut the door to the office and started a staff meeting. All the staff came into the office and they ceased taking any patients. There six people in the waiting area. Not only was this inconsiderate, but it was poor customer service. Everyone in the waiting area could plainly here what was being discussed. If you need to address issues with your employees in the middle of the day, perhaps waiting until after the business day, or during the lunch hour is much more appropriate and proving better customer service. I would certainly not recommend this establishment, and will certainly make sure to call early to U.K. Healthcare Urgent care to avoid this. read more

I usually come in here when I have a stuffy nose probably been here 7 times throughout college. Came in on crutches and something funky happened with my insurance. I said okay whatever I'll pay the bill I just need an X-ray, insurance will reimburse me. They don't send bills you have to pay out of pocket. Assholes. Who carries +250$ on them?? Waited for 45 mins until they said they wouldn't take me back. New staff sucks, would not recommend.
