I have since taken it elsewhere and the fault has been easily dealt with and rectified at half the price! It didn't cost the earth and I went back to work with my car fixed and MOT'd for another year! It was really good that I could book online and have an alloted space. The price was reasonable and the staff kept me informed every step of the way. One thing to beware of is the slippery floor just outside the door to reception - if you have flat soled shoes on, you might fall - and that's not a great thing to do in front of a bunch of guys!
