She asks about lifestyle and understands what a small trim means. I have had my hair trimmed three times and colored once and Heather got everything right. Regarding color, when I came to Heather from Texas I gave her my prior formula written out by my king time stylist. Unfortunately the products were different enough to make conversion impossible; HOWEVER, Heather was able to match my color, highlights, and lowlights exactly. I am thoroughly impressed.
