She had special equipment to look and evaluate my scalp. She then recommended specific products to help regrow my hair. She asks about lifestyle and understands what a small trim means. I have had my hair trimmed three times and colored once and Heather got everything right. Regarding color, when I came to Heather from Texas I gave her my prior formula written out by my king time stylist.
