First, this business has changed locations at some point and has not updated their location on their website, so I had trouble figuring out where to go. Not a big problem, I figured it out and showed up on time. Upon entering I signed up and sat down to wait. Just a minute or so later, a woman came out saying something about calling before arrival. I apologized, and asked if she'd like me to wait in my car. She told me to sit and wait and she'd come back. I waited, and she came out talking about calling before arrival again. I told her I'm sorry and I'm happy to wait anywhere she likes, but I wasn't the one who made the appointment so I wasn't aware. After going around with that for a few minutes, she finally started to bring me to a room. It was then that she informed me that they only take cash. Now, I KNOW that information wasn't included in the confirmation email because he sent me with a credit card to pay. Honestly, this was already the least relaxing "spa" experience of my life, and I hadn't even made it into a room yet. I was informed that there is a nearby ATM, so perhaps it wouldn't be a problem for some, but I'm not about to coordinate putting together a large amount of cash on the fly like that so I left. In summary, double check the location, bring enough cash to pay for your service (who carries that much cash these days?), and (maybe?) call before arrival, and the experience may be completely different.

And she only used clusters of lashes that where very stiff and synthetic feeling. When I finally went to a different salon to have them freshly done she said she could see where my real lashes where growing back from the glue damage.
