I called Robert again on a Monday and he said he would call me back to schedule. He didn't - I called him back on Tuesday and he said we check the schedule and get back to me. He finally did and advised he would be at my home on Wednesday. He didn't show. When I called the company number to see if someone was going to show, I was told that Robert had fallen off a ladder the day before, but he was fine being discharged from the hospital that day and somebody would get back to me. No one got back to me. I didn't call another exterminator because I was told Robert would still come out and I didn't want to take the business away from him. The ant problem began to accelerate and I called the company again a few days later. I asked if someone could come out that day, as I have a crawling infant at home and the ants are a real problem. I was told that someone would be there in the late afternoon or early evening. I waited at home all afternoon and night and no one showed or called. I have yet to receive a follow-up call or explanation and I hired a different exterminator who immediately came out and fixed the problem. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1, is because on the first trip out Robert was very timely and friendly and the problem was at least temporarily resolved. This could be a unique occurrence, but as a result I will not be using the company again.

We had a pesky and super clever mouse that eluded every glue trap we tried to set for him for a…read moremonth. He would wait until the wee hours and feast in the pantry... leaving droppings and crumbs inside the cabinet (inconsiderate)! I called my condo building's vendor for pest control--they said they were not available until the next week AND would only lay bait traps in my house, not try to find the source of the problem. I asked one of my friends for a pest control referral and they too weren't able to come out for a week. After searching online, I decided to call Diamond. They were able to come the very next morning (a Sunday) and I asked that they come as early as possible. Brian arrived on time at 8:30am and took the time to investigate the problem by moving my appliances to find the source of the problem. The culprit: a hole around our oven's gas line providing access to our kitchen and ultimately, to the pantry. Brian sealed it immediately (as well as patched some other potential problem areas) and the price was extremely reasonable. Its been months and we haven't had a problem since. We appreciated Brian's work so much, he will now become our entire building's pest control vendor (we fired those other guys).
