I contracted this company in May 2021 for treatment of ants. They came promptly and were professional in their service and charged $189. The ants are back. I called them and they said the treatment is only guaranteed for 45 days. Save your money. Expensive and not long-lasting. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Conquest Pest Solutions, and technician Peter. I originally called them several months ago when we discovered a mouse in our kitchen. They came out three times to assess the situation and find the possible entry points. Peter even vacuumed up the rat droppings underneath my kitchen cupboards. Because we also had centipede issues when we first moved into this place, I decided to go with their quarterly maintenance program and have been very pleased with the service. This service covers everything going on in the house. We had a recent problem with flying ants coming into one of our windows and they came out twice to ensure the issue was handled correctly. (I should add that I had the same ant problem a year ago, and a different company told me over the phone they couldn't do anything for me. Would not use them again. Perhaps we just got a bad service person based on other positive reviews. He did not wear shoes covers in my house and it was a rainy day. Said we only asked for silverfish when I called for Spiders, ants, and silverfish, in that order of importance. I asked if the $320 quote includes detached garage and was told yes. Inside and out of both house and garage. He seemed surprised about the garage. I believe he, Peter, did spray everywhere (but only for silverfish??) but was condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I called Conquest after finding carpenter ants in our house. They offered an appointment for the following morning, which they were right on time for. After a thorough inspection they located the nest (in a nearby tree) and could also say that while some ants had wandered inside our house they didn't have a nest inside and that this determined their treatment recommendations, which were less extensive than some other companies had recommended. They provided plenty of information and answered all my questions easily. I think it would be easy to upsell to more expensive treatments because people just want bugs, but instead Conquest did what was needed. I hope we don't need to call a pest control company again, but if we do I'll definitely call Conquest. read more

I'm not an actual customer of Conquest, so I can't comment on the effectiveness of their treatment, but I CAN comment on the absolutely excellent customer service experience I just had. I called Conquest because the pest control company my landlord hired to get rid of my ant problem didn't really bother to take the time to fully explain their approach and what to expect in terms of length of treatment. Alex not only reassured me that my current treatment plan was the right approach, he walked me through how long each step of the process could potentially take, and what Conquest would do if I was still seeing ants after multiple bait applications. And he did it without trying to sell me anything (I actually had to ask for a quote at the end, in case I need pest control services again in the future). I think 90% of any experience with a Company is customer service, and Conquest really seems to get that. Highly, highly recommend! read more

I had a difficult problem with yellow jackets infesting my home. They had built a nest in my chimney along the roof, and they were starting to build inside the attic. Access was difficult with a high roof and tall hedges. Peter came up with the solution to work from the inside. He destroyed the new nest inside the attic and sprayed powder out toward the chimney section. Then he sprayed the outside of the chimney with a different treatment. All wasp activity ceased within a few hours and has not recurred during the following two days. A thorough and well-thought-out job. read more

This is the first time I used this company. Tech who came out was very nice and told me that if ants returned, I should call back and they'd return and respray. Unfortunately I didn't get a business card and didn't remember the name of the company. I figured I'd wait for the bill and then call them. Finally after almost 3 months I received a statement saying payment was 60 days overdue. I called and told them I never received any of earlier bills. Also requested that they return to respray where ants returned. They said that I was past 45 day limit so I'd have to pay for the visit. Only explanation they could give as to why I hadn't received a bill was that perhaps it went into my spam. Don't you think they'd call when after they supposedly sent 2 invoices, they didn't receive payment? I'll pay the bill, of course, but I'll never use this business again. read more

Very professional in the service they provided. We discussed what our needs were - there was no"upselling" and they took care of the rodent problem we had in our garage. We continued with our service on a monthly basis and when we discontinued it we received a confirmation call from Nate thanking us for our business, confirming that he had received my request and that if we ever needed their services again, to please call. No trying to talk me out of ending our service. The exterminator, Mike T, just left, and I couldn't be happier. As others have said, this company's level of friendliness and professionalism is impressive. Mike had to drive out to my place two days in a row because of a mistake on my property management team's part, and he was in great spirits despite having a legitimate reason to be annoyed with us. In addition to treating my unit thoroughly, Mike answered all of my questions and also offered several helpful tips for deterring critters. His demeanor was very warm and down to earth, and it went a long way toward helping to ease my phobia these particular critters. I had another company treat my unit a few months ago for the same critters, and while I'm sure their actual treatment was sufficient, the difference in the level of customer service is like night and day. When I feel confident about a contractor that means everything to me. The day after my insect treatment, Mark checked my place again.. to see if I had been bitten since he had been here. He did a little more spraying. he concern he shows for my insect problem...just wow. I like that he uses silica dust as a barrier... down the electric conduits and on the baseboards and little crevices all over the place I would have never known were there. Like I said, I'll update later... once I know how it goes. So far so good. Great. The woman in the office answered a lot of questions for me. She was quite patient. I have used Conquest for about five years not ONCE did they solve my ant problem on the first visit. Their Tech would come to the job over and over and say now he brought the "big guns" to kill the ants. Why were the big guns not brought the first time. I requested this tech not come back to my house and send someone else. He took so much of my time, telling me the history of ants. Don't care. Just want them out of my home!! Finally they sent a tech who guaranteed I would have ants no more and that was true for over a year. They had to come back repeatedly and over that time period I always had ants!!!! When I called them back this year for my ant problem, Chris said he was reluctant to come back because of how many recalls they got well Chris I STILL HAD ANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!! you were not getting the job done!!!! he even said his tech was at my house for over an hour. My elderly parents had a bad tenant that left them with a roach infestation. I am familiar with professional pest control methods including IGRs, baits, and sprays but I live on the west coast and couldn't do it myself, so I looked for a local exterminator near them. I called and spoke with Tessy who was very helpful and we discussed what kind of products they would use. My dad then called and made an appointment.
