Although I was not in a hurry for the service, Moe asked if he could come to my home in the next couple of days to assess the situation...which he did upon setting up a service call. He arrived on time, removed & took my vertical blind track back to his shop, and returned 2 days later with his son Nathan with the less expensive solution completed. Moe & Nathan added a couple of details to the existing blinds at no charge whatsoever. They even repaired a vertical blind at no charge. Subsequently, they sent out the installer person to look, who said that Pam had a frequent problem with this exact issue. Pam then assured me in a couple phone calls that the blinds would be repaired/replaced. She then refused to answer 10+ phone calls over six months. Now, my credit card company is needing to reverse their charges as inappropriate merchant activity. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. THEIR WORD and GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS.
