But the guy was out the next day and fixed it. It was raining and muddy but he did the job anyway. He cleaned up the the area when done. All in all I'm very impressed. I thought price was a little high. However, they responded quickly, I didn't have to wait. So the next 2 days of rain we had, my downspout worked as it should. So it was worth it. The phone cal the next day checking to see if I was satisfied was nice too. I had another company come out for an estimate prior to Free Flow.
