His crew left all their trash, bottles, pizza box, rolled paper used to protect the floor in a pile next to my garage. He didn't use a wet saw so there was stone dust all over my screen around the pool, deck and my wood floors. The floors also had dried cement all over. I hired Done Right LLC to complete stucco repair, texturing, and touch-up paint on the exterior of…read moremy home in May 2022. They were to begin work on May 16th but didn't show until May 17th working for only 4 hours and then disappearing, never to return to the job site. They defrauded me of $1400 and have never completed the work in spite of the countless times I reached out to the owner to resolve the matter amicably. I contacted Mr. Edwin Harrell, the owner of Done Right LLC, on multiple occasions via phone and text message to remedy the situation and was given false assurances such as "we are coming out Friday", "we will be out tomorrow to finish", "we will be out next week to finish" and yet none of those assurances ever materialized into action. Done Right LLC did not complete the job and I have been left with a home that has untextured stucco patches and not a single drop of touch-up paint anywhere. They even abandoned a 2-story ladder, leaving it against the front of my house. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (case 17659076) against Done Right Plastering & Stucco LLC and I am also contacting every plaster/stucco company in Alachua County to ensure that business owners are made aware of the potential risk of doing business with this company.
