Perhaps it was their first job with me 4 years ago but I have learned a lot since they came and…read morewent. They did paver walkways and around thee pool at my house. The mistakes and poor workmanship are far tooo many to list here. They didn't even use polymeric sand as they were supposed to for the entire job. They did not lay a concrete foundation for the pavers, drilled holes for the pool ladder in the wrong spot requiring me to buy a new ladder, and there is much much more. My neighbor had recommended them but has now cut ties due to another job they screwed up. NOW, about 4 years later (the problems started at 1 year) I have to hire someone to power wash between my pavers, reset many of them and properly install the polymeric sand as should have been done at first. The pavers are tilting away from the walkway and the whole area that was not properly installed (most of it) needs to be re-done. Unless Corey has learned since doing my job how to do this work professionally, I would stay away from him. When confronted with the workmanship he was hostile to the point where he was intimidating and just stuck with the fact that he underestimated the cost. Now after all this time I have finally gotten the gumption to tell the story as it was. I have photos for proof of how he left the property. So, should you decide to use this firm, learn first about how it's supposed to be done and them watch and make certain they do it correctly.

We lined the larger driveway with a small retaining wall along my neighbors side. Everyone of his guys are cordial and they all seem to work like a well oiled machine. After having other companies to give estimates I'm so happy we decided on pure! Everything came out so perfectly we've already contracted with them for a new built in BBQ and firepit this spring. I can't wait to see how great it's gonna come out. I highly recommend the guys at pure to all of my friends and colleagues. Thank you Corey for fulfilling my family's expectations.

The company / management lacks accountability and dependability. The job that I paid for was incomplete and they never returned. Hard to get in touch with them and can't really get a straight answer when I finally did reach Paul. Very disappointed because I wanted to continue to work with them since the portion they did complete was done well. Paid $750 and gave a $150 tip to the workers... never returned after that to finish the job.

Hired Paul to work on the landscaping design on a property we purchased. After the planting was finished the two guys took a picture and sent it because Paul ( who we hired) was not on site at all on the one day that they planted. Additionally, Paul changed the contract and prices about five times and charged close to eight thousand dollars for fill ( which was not enough) and planting trees. The fill needed would complement what we already had and was not enough because more dirt and was needed for a successful planting project. Although we hired a landscaper and paid for a design, bringing and spreading some dirt and planting was the extent of the project. We definitely did not get our money's worth and felt extremely disappointed by someone we trusted would do a professional job. We would not hire Paul or Green Terrain to do any work for us ever again.

I hired Hampton Hardscapes to help fix a flooding issue I had on my property, which also included…read moreraising my pool to stop that from flooding, as well. Much like other reviews, the job went on for about 9 months. My property was left in complete shambles and my front yard became storage for the owner's equipment. They had no respect for my property, regularly discarding their lunch garbage on my property as well as debris from the job. There was trash everywhere. In order to raise my property, he chose to save money and use dirt mixed with concrete and rock. As you can imagine, the concrete has completely hardened over the years causing grass to be built essentially on a concrete slab. My property now does not drain water, so the water just sits on the grass causing me countless water issues. I have had to pay to have drains installed throughout my property in hopes of fixing this issue. I will have to eventually dig all this up and replace this the proper way. They chose not to use concrete to build the walls of my pool patio, instead using paver walls filled with sand. The patio around my pool has collapsed in many areas. When it rains you can watch the sand just flow out the sides of the patio walls. I have patched this over the years, but now it is fully collapsing and will need to be fully replaced. The settling also caused the pool pipes to break and those had needed to be replaced. They chose to use cement block to raise the pool instead of pouring cement. They never filled the holes in the cement blocks properly and never smoothed the edges. Immediately upon completing the job, I had to replace the pool liner because the cement blocks caved in causing holes. I now have to replace the pool liner a second time in 4 years and re-do the work around the pool to correct the poor craftsmanship here. Hampton Hardscapes also installed an outdoor kitchen for me. As I have been having to fix that over the years, I had a high quality mason come and he could not believe that the entire structure was built using wood and stucco, vs building out the structure properly. I will also need to replace this in totality due to poor craftsmanship. All in all, it will cost me about $100K to fix all the low quality work done on my property. I trusted Yasser and his company to fix my issues, but was left with more problems than I started with. The best part is, Yasser threatened to sue ME for withholding less than 5% of the final payment as I begged them to finish the job, get his equipment off my property and fix the things which were broken throughout the process. I can back up this entire review with pictures and receipts.
