    Stream and pond

Ed installed our pond a year ago. He listened to all I requested and delivered BIG TIME and on time My dream was to have a very natural looking pond with a stream which appeared to emanate from my woods Ed said the new pond would be completed in 2 days even though an existing pond had to be removed. Two days from the start I was enjoying my pond. It is beyond perfect. Many thanks to Ed and his talented, courteous crew and to Susan who organizes it all from the office My fish are very happy

    Now I got his attention??

This is quite possibly the worst customer service and worst pond service. I wish i can give you negative stars. I purchased a new home with a pond and paradise came highly recommended by the previous owner. It took 2-3 weeks to get my first appointment. The day of my appointment 2 young adults showed up made their way to my backyard without even ringing my bell. I went out there and introduced myself. It was very clear to me that they were amateurs at this. They did what they had to do and left also without letting me know. The day after the cleaning I called back and spoke with Susan and asked her why the pond looked worse then when they showed up she assured me the pond will clear up in a few days. I took her word for it but was still disappointed that no one gave me instructions (this is my first koi pond). She did send someone over to give me instructions who told me I should redo the pond. I figured I would get a quote. It took 30min to get a call from the owner and he arrived at my door next day. He gave me an outlandish quote and the pictures he showed me for new ponds were hideous and outdated. He follows up with an email and phone call to get the business which I respectfully declined. After just a few days the pond continued to turn swap green and fish started to die. I called again and again and again....each time I called Susan would tell me she can't speak on behalf of Ed but would have him call me. In the meantime she would give me excuses as to why the pond looks dirty or why the fish are dying. Guess who never called back....It's now been 6 months since their first visit and I am being asked to pay a bill for the service that killed my fish. Did I mention I had 22 Koi fish in the pond when I purchased and after their cleaning ended up with 14. Fish don't walk so who knows where they went. Based on other reviews I've read here I'm sure this will spark Ed's attention and maybe now I'll get a call. EDIT: just a few days after posting my review I got a call at 9pm from Ed which I missed. His voicemail stated that I have his attention now that I posted this review (see attached pic of transcribed voicemail). All the messages I left with his office for 6 months weren't getting his attention. I did not get a chance to call him back and this morning I get a call from Susan in his office who says "we noticed you put your house on the market for sale and Ed wanted me to call you and let you know he is putting a lien on your home so you can't sell without paying him". Good luck!!! Ed you are a terrible business man and karma will show its way back to you. You took advantage of my lack of knowledge as I am sure you have done to several others. I am also filing a complaint now with BBB. This could have been avoided had you called me 6 months ago.

We used Paradise Pond to clean out our pond and it never looked better. Unfortunately, during the last tropical storm, a tree with the electric wires fell into our pond and cracked the lining and killed our koi. So, we called Paradise Pond to re do our pond. We told him what we wanted, such as keeping a Japanese Maple and another tree close by. He also built two waterfalls, planted around it and it's now magnificent. Ed was easy to talk to and answer all of our questions. We feel part of a pond family

They arrived as I was leaving for work and when I got home I was able to sit by my new pond and relax.

I remember Sal coming over and recommending a landscape designer to see what was possible, this delayed the process but it was absolutely the right call. They were in the middle for pricing but sals local knowledge and no nonsense attitude were key factors for me. I got stacci confirmed and sal and his team got to work. The staff is top notch and did an amazing job, not just for the main driveway expansion job, but also with reconfiguring my steps (towards the top) to be wider and more welcoming (which I didn't even have specs for!). Sal is full of good ideas and executes beyond expectations, he has a critical eye and will have his guys redo it if he doesn't like it. I highly recommend Stasi and can see why others do as well. After I had updated the review of the work that was…read moredone to my home Yesterday I noticed that the concrete the Stasi Brothers did, was cracked. I called and spoke to Erin and Kelly about the issue and they sent Sal to look at the crack. To my surprise all the nice things I said about Sal went out the window when he rudely said 'cant do anything, let me me know when it gets bigger'. Everything I googled on cracks in Cement state "if it's a headline crack it can be fixed easily and Not to wait till it gets larger" ...more or larger cracks are more difficult to repair" and more costly. I know that this was not the Sal I knew. He sounded more like his uncle Joe, arrogant and disrespectful. In the mean time Joe, do the right thing and let YOUR workers come and seal the crack. This is your fault. I told Sal when they poured the cement that the root of the tree needed to be cut out but you and your men said it didn't matter. I only redid the block of cement because they were lifting a little. The old cement was there for 30 years and had NO cracks. Just a little lift at seam. You are a business you need to take care of your customers. Btw sand that was put between nicklock pavers is still missing and you charged me over 11,000 for the work that has overspilled cement on pavers. I didn't even complain about that last October. If you want me to update this review I recommend that Joe tells Sal to fix this issue.
