My five years old son could not believe what he saw.

I saw this place on some kind of TV program and it was my bucketlist so it was super exciting when I encounter this place when I walk down from Japan Village. Great surprise! kids were amazed by their decorative big chocolate on show window display, and the chocolate machines you can see from the window. We all went into the store. All chocolates were cute but super expensive. So each of us picked what we wanted, two each, from the chocolate display. We bought two chocolate covered orange peels, one chocolate covered marshmallows, two milk chocolate pops, one bar of white chocolate, and two peanut butter cups. It was 20 dollars for everything. Not too bad but now we all have to really enjoy these little by little. haha Great experience to shop at Brooklyn based chocolatier. Updates The chocolate is super smooth and tasty! Our number one favorite was milk chocolate covered orange peel. Peanut Cup was ok. I wish it had more salt.

We were in the area for the hot sauce expo and discovered this place exploring the industry buildings. They have NY themed and seasonal shaped chocolates displayed to capture costumers attention. It's kind of an eye sore the way you can see the factory boxes everywhere but at least you can conclude everything is hand made. Some items were way too pricey. We tried a chocolate bar, cherry cardinals, white chocolate, and assorted truffles. I wish the texture was more creamy; my white chocolate bark tasted like I was eating wax, I wouldn't recommend that piece. The cherry cardinal was oversized with syrup, that can be a good thing, but for my small mouth, it made a mess. I have no complaints about the truffles. Overall it wasn't bad, but I had better.

If you love chocolate, this is a must! Smells absolutely glorious when you walk in and the chocolate -- ooof. French mint was smooth, marshmallow chocolate melts in your mouth, and the orange peel was the best I've had. Im not a fan of orange peel but my son loves it. We enjoyed the milk and dark--I prefer the dark but both were delish. Great service as well!

Amazing, super chocolate-y fudge. I'll definitely order from here again. I ordered a few pounds for Christmas gifts (obviously one pound for myself). And I was pleasantly surprised by their fudge. I'll be back for sure! I'd been to their store before. But, I'm a chocolate-holic. If I started buying stuff in the store, I wouldn't be able to stop. They have a variety of great chocolate though! I highly recommend this place!

Li-Lac is such a highlight of the already charming Industry City. After walking around and admiring the murals, verdant courtyards, and delicious smells from Sahadi's, stop by here for a seriously cool look into the chocolate-making process (I'm a huge sucker for places with windows into the kitchen!)--and some impressive chocolates for not TOO premium a price. I was pretty surprised; in some places online, Li-Lac has a $$$ rating. This mostly applies if you're buying in bulk or some of their fancier gift options. I thought that given the decorative, special nature of the treats, it wasn't as cost-prohibitive as I'd thought. You can get raspberry creams or truffles for about $2 apiece, or a bar of fudge for around $5. I tried the dark chocolate raspberry jelly bar, which I was expecting to have a jam-like center--it was really gelatinous, which was kind of fun! My boyfriend and I also thought the peanut butter fudge bar was kind of interesting; it was akin to a block of the inside of a Reese's peanut butter cup, with a more authentic peanut flavor. This is a really cute place to take a loved one, sample some goodies, and enjoy the courtyards on a pleasant day.

King Smore center then, clockwise.. MlkCh Graham Cracker, DrkCh Cnut Bars, toffee nuggets, MlkCh Cnut Clusters, Mlk Drk Peanut cups!!

Wow... I've been to a few Chocolatiers over the years, none made me crave shoveling these sweet creations on sight... Until we went in Li-lac that is!! Just go, scouts honor, you will not be disappointed!

He wanted to try the chocolate after passing by twice and trying a sample. The sample tasted like a ball of sugar so I have no idea why he decided to order a bar of dark chocolate. The bar of dark chocolate was nothing special and I refused to waste my calories on it so he ended up giving it away. It was a brick bar and very difficult to break to consume.

    Continental Assortment

If you want your valentine to think you've sampled the chocolates before gifting, buy the continental assortment. Customer service informed me this was not a quality control issue.

I saw tours, gluten free bakery items, and tasting room info advertised online, but turns out this was probably outdated info. So when we walked into the warehouse/tasting room we learned those weren't available after we saw some employees doing admin work and inquired. Would have appreciated more clarity about this online since we drove a ways to visit (I had previously tried to call the shop but couldn't get ahold of anyone; our gamble). However they sent someone out to help us at their merch bar and we were able to sample some delicious sea salt dark chocolate before purchasing a variety of bars. Extremely impressed with the coconut chunky, and I'm not even a huge coconut person. Would definitely go back again for that. The sweet pistachio spread was also incredible. Five star products. Really liked the decor and it was cool to see the actual operation happening in the background of the tasting room space. *Shoutout to Jeremy for gifting us a few bars with our purchase! You made my mom's day and she didn't stop talking about Fine + Raw's chocolate all day, even after we went to another chocolate factory.

It's more than an amazing store with an incredible selection of candy, It's charming, friendly and has a magical quality. Eugene is so friendly, ready to help with a smile and made me feel welcome. It was so hard to choose, I wanted everything. Eugene's has his very own candy creations (now my mouth is watering). "Freaks" are Eugene's version of Nerd's but so much better! He makes them in several flavors, and they are amazing! Who knew I would like chocolate covered cornflakes? I am a chocolate lover but I would never have thought of this combo. They are melt in your mouth while, being crispy at the same time. There is a large selection of gummies in so many varieties and flavors. I felt like I went back in time with many childhood candies that I haven't seen in years. I didn't know that candy waxed lips, fangs and mustaches still existed. I totally had to buy my dad Mary Jane's, such a classic candy. I most definitely will be back. Thank you Eugene!

For chocolate lovers, there are a plethora of chocolate covered candies and cereals. My go to are the matcha white chocolate covered Frosted Flakes.

While placing my order, I was briefly distracted by a phone call and accidentally said "white chocolate" instead of "milk chocolate." As soon as I realized the mistake--and knowing I'm allergic to white chocolate--I politely asked the sales associate if she could make it milk chocolate instead. I hadn't touched the cup, and it wasn't even handed to me yet. She looked at me as if I was asking for something unreasonable and told me I would have to pay for a whole new cup because it was "company policy." I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for some understanding, but what I got was a shockingly rude woman who immediately began raising her voice at me. She bluntly repeated that she would not make a new cup, even though I never picked up the original one and couldn't drink it due to my allergy. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service were unbelievable. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I walked out and left the drink behind without receiving a refund or even an apology. I will never be returning to this Prince Soho location. The store manager was extremely rude, and the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. This used to be one of my favorite places, but after this experience, I'm done.

We went last week on a weekday, so there were plenty of tables available. The decor is so pretty, if Disneyland had a chocolate cafe, this is what it would look like. I wasn't aware that you couldn't choose the macarons, but both were delicious so I was fine with the selection. Our server was outstanding as well.
