On my final call, I was explicitly told she would be there and they made me an appointment with her. I showed up to my appointment and she wasn't there. Then I was told she never works Sundays. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I'm beyond frustrated. I wasted time, gas, and drove 45 minutes just to not receive my service because there is clearly zero coordination or honesty. I used to be a regular customer, but this experience has completely changed that. The customer service is terrible, and there should absolutely be some kind of resolution for this situation. Extremely disappointed.

The manicure was shellac polish French Manicure. She took her time and was so friendly. However, it's only been a week, and the corners are already chipping off. She applied the polish on my cuticle, so now it's pulled away and is catching in my hair. (I know that's natural growth but I've never had it touching my cuticle before) I've had shellac many times that lasted a month or more. But I'd definitely return for pedicures.

When I first walked in, I was impressed by how large and uncluttered it was. The stations are spaced decently apart so you don't feel crowded, and it all looks so clean. I went for the deluxe pedicure and Shellac manicure. While the pedicure itself wasn't anything special (the water was too cold, and I should have said something), my nails (both fingers and toes) look fantastic. She was super meticulous with the shaping and polish, and I'm thrilled with the result. I plan to be back, and if it remains consistent, this could totally be a five star place for me.

I was in tears and wasn't sure what to do. I ended up at First Impressions. I was scheduled with Lexi. All I can say is thank goodness for that! She agreed it was pretty bad and said she'd never seen hair cut that terrible. My hair was past my shoulders and when I got to her it was right above. She was so kind and took time to listen and really look at my hair to see what she could do. She spent almost two hours fixing this. She tried to keep my length and tried her best to blend it all together. It just wasn't going to happen. I ended up with short hair, but it looked really good. She did such a fabulous job and was so nice about the whole thing. I was able to walk out confident and really ended up liking the style she was able to give me. She is a true gem! They always come out flawless and she has so so so many colors to choose from that are shellac styled. For hair, Hannah is the sweetest and does an excellent job every time. She takes her time at the beginning of every appointment to really talk to me about any changes, what os realistic without causing damage, and gives me her opinion about what she personally think would work for my face when I ask for it. I have never had an issues with my appointments either. Keep doing a great job First Impressions!
