We did go the day after there was a malfunction with one of the larger rides. That part of the park was closed. But it didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of it. Maybe this was why the lines for the rides weren't that bad. We were able to get right on most all of them and the girls were even able to do some rides multiple times. Lunchtime was in their little restaurant where we had pizza and I bought additional mozzarella sticks, which are actually very delicious. Funny enough, the highlight of the whole park was our souvenir cup, which you could go around refilling for the whole 2026 season. This included the Slurpees that are self-serve at two spots in the park. On a hot day, these Slurpees were really really good and giving us life. Most of the parents got them, but we use them again this season? Probably not, but it kinda added to the fun, and we all had a really great time.

I calmly explained to the girls working the window that if Adventureland advertises "free fathers for Father's Day", they probably ought not to exclude those of season ticket holders. The optic is that " we don't value the season ticket holders". This isn't the first time this year either. A recent outing for our daughter's grammar school would not admit season ticket holders to the event. I've been around long enough to remember when adults didn't automatically have to pay to enter the park. Seems that after Covid, Adventureland has taken a new philosophy to soak every dime they can from the public including at the expense of season ticket holders. Please change this.

The line was pretty long even on a gloomy day. It was drizzling a bit and rained eventually last weekend so they stopped operating when it started pouring. Pretty fun to check out for families especially with kids! Do expect longer wait time on a nice day and they won't let you use your phone for pictures or videos on the ride. 4-4.5 stars for me but bumping it up to 5 stars to support local nonprofits.

She always gets me to get season passes for the whole family every year!!! She is always so kind, professional, and welcoming. Every visit is a great experience because of her. BUT I can't help but notice that after all this time she's still wearing the green shirt. I honestly would have thought she'd be in a management role by now. Of course, that's none of my business, but her work ethic, customer service, and the way she treats clients really stand out. However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

The best part about it is that you can choose what you'd like to do if you aren't interested in the dry rides at all you can pay for a one park ticket and stay at the waterpark the entire day. In addition to this if you won't be going to the waterpark and will only be watching your child in the dry park you can get in without a ticket. Which I believe is a phenomenal policy that a lot more parks should begin to implement. The food is good and so are the sweet treats that you can find around the park. The lake is also a nice spot to relax with shallow water which again is perfect for children/new swimmers. However, it is very small and can get crowded.
