They have a large all in one, two story play ground structer which features a large tube slide. The only negative i would say is the 2nd floor is big and parents aren't aloud up there, so can be a bit of an issues for littles. The tube slide has an employee who runs it. They have a smaller room for younger kids and 2 rooms in the back with cool stem like actives. They seem to have plenty of room for multiple kids party's and also have a swimming pool. Overall id definitely recommend.

My son is only 2 so he was nervous to explore since we couldn't go with him but for older kids I think this place would be a blast. They had little shops, a gym and other activities aside from the tunnels/slides. The also had a toddler room with little slides and tunnels which was great. Today I had my son's first birthday party at this soft play. I was really looking forward to it because of the fantastic reviews I read. When we showed up, the singular employee present told us that the photographer we opted for as an add on had called out sick and wouldn't be there. I mentioned that the owner didn't let me know about this- she said she was told to let me know when I got there. I had absolutely no time to make plans for an alternative to capturing photos and had to rely on guests and the single employee running the party. The tables and high chair all needed to be wiped down, and half of the decorations I dropped off ahead of time were not up. I'll say that's probably due to there not being adequate staffing. My issue here is with how the owner is running this business. If I had employees call out sick last minute I certainly wouldn't leave one employee (with 2 days experience by the by) floundering, trying to manage a party of 30 adults and 10 kids by themselves. I also certainly wouldn't leave it to that employee to break bad news to a customer. So unprofessional. I also feel that the food was not charged accurately- the catering menu for Gino's shows the price of a full tray of caesar salad for $60 + $27 x 3 for 3 additional pizzas ($81) + 3 foot italian hero at $17/foot ($51) = $192 + $17.04 tax + $10 tip (I saw this handed to the delivery driver) = $219.04. The line item for the food on the invoice was $277. $57 extra for what? Due to there only being one employee we ended up needing an additional half hour of party time to have birthday cake, which was provided free of charge and I do appreciate that. The kids had a nice time and the catering food was good. But overall, I paid a premium expecting to have to do no work and felt my mother and I did about half the work anyway.

He still speaks of his birthday and I can't say enough amazing things about the experience! From start to finish, it was truly a one-stop shop. They handled everything from decorations, food, cake, and nonstop indoor play, which made the day completely stress-free for us and unforgettable for our little one. The space was clean, safe, and perfectly set up for toddlers to have a blast. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The food and cake were delicious, beautifully presented, and right on time. We also added the balloon animal add-on, and it was a HUGE hit, the kids were absolutely thrilled and it added such a fun, special touch to the party! Being on top of the bowling alley, this give kids and family extra time together (or separate if the kids go play by themselves while the parents bowl, which seems to be the case here). There are a great deal of inflatable bounce houses and one giant obstacle course, a ropes tower with a slide, rock wall, some arcade games, and a few birthday party rooms. For two kids to play for 1 1/2 hours was $24 total. Seemed like a pretty good deal considering there's no other place quite like this and it keeps the kids active and happy. It is dingy and there are quite a few broken arcade games that they just decide that they're never going to fix (I've been here a few times). You pay 25-50 cents per game or a dollar to play air hockey, basketball, or a motorcycle game. There are no tickets so you're really only playing to have fun, not win prizes. There is a coin machine (it's slow) to give you quarters for the games. During my most recent visit, the basketball machine broke on us so that was interesting. Other than the rinky dink "arcade" (which is kind of just scattered around the bounce houses), this is a fun place with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

There's a bounce and play area with slides in the back and the rest of the place is an arcade. Arcades include your typical skee ball, basketball, wheel spin, etc. They use the old school system of arcade machines that give you those long lines of tickets whenever you win. My kids were fascinated by this setup since it's different from every place else that just has your earnings on the card. They have been clamoring to return ever since. We'll definitely be returning for more out-of-this-world fun!

My two-year-old son and I have visited this location dozens of times over the past year without a single issue. On this visit, we also happened to be the only Black family present. What happened afterward was shocking, unprofessional, and felt unmistakably discriminatory. Later that day, I received a call from someone identifying herself as the owner/manager. She claimed that it had been "reported" that my recently turned two-year-old son had: * "Shaken" a one-year-old girl * Then supposedly been "violent" toward multiple children * And later--somehow--"choked" the same child These accusations all came in a single phone call and kept changing as she spoke. Not one version was consistent with the last, and none of them matched anything that occurred during our visit. When I calmly asked her to check security footage, she said she would but immediately followed it with, "The video may not have caught anything," despite openly admitting she hadn't reviewed it. To this day, I have received zero follow-up or confirmation that any video was checked at all. I later spoke with the front-desk employee who was there during our visit. He confirmed that: * No parent voiced any complaint about my son * He personally witnessed nothing concerning * The owner/manager was not even present at the time This brings up extremely concerning questions: * How did the owner know to single out my child when no complaint was made? * Why was I immediately presumed guilty with no evidence? * Why did the supposed reporting parents never speak to me directly, which is standard in children's play spaces? * Why did the claims escalate from shaking, to multiple children, to choking--a sequence that simply does not align with a newly two-year-old's behavior or my son's history? My son has never harmed another child, and our long history at this business reflects that.
