Good wood but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've called recently multiple times. Left messages and even placed an order for wood on their website. No one answers, they don't return phone calls and no response after online order submitted. This is how you treat your customers? Take the kiln wood out of your ass and crawl over to answer your phones. If you're sold out then leave that info on your website, since customers are not mind readers. Remember, there's many other wood sellers out there, and I found a good one. Cheaper than you and wood seems better. TERRIBLE customer service. After using this company for three years, where the phone reps do from time to time have a snarky tone, but ultimately the product was good so we figured it didn't matter... this year, we ordered two weeks ago and they said they could get it to us today, 12/21. We scheduled it. They charged us. They call us this morning and say we can't get there until Monday because ONE of our trucks broke down. I said normally it would be fine but Monday my husband is having surgery, so we won't be home. We need it stacked in the garage, so someone has to be here for it. She offers NO apology, no extenuating circumstance of let me see if I can get it to you today with a truck that is working, etc. She just gives me a tough, deal with it, attitude. I explain that is not customer service. Try and make it right or offer Tuesday delivery? We don't deliver on Christmas Eve. Well, then have your employees stay later to make one extra delivery today. Do SOMETHING. She then tells me with an attitude that she didn't charge me yet, WHEN SHE DID IN FACT CHARGE US and then corrects herself realizing yes, you did charge us which is not the policy. The policy is to charge right before a delivered, finished product. So, when I ask when we will see the refund, she tells us I have no idea, how am I supposed to know and hangs up the phone. My husband attempted to call back requesting to speak to the owner and she refused to answer and hung up again. If she was proud of her behavior toward a customer she wouldn't be hiding behind her cell phone screening calls and hanging up on customers but she is terrified the owner will find out how she is actually treating people. TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY: I will ensure you hear what took place today, just days before Christmas, to go back on an order that you took weeks back and not try and accommodate a repeat customer is not right but the attitude exhibited by your employee is abhorrent and I think the owner should know who is representing this company on the phone. read more

I used twice this season. Ordering is simple. A quick call and they do not charge you until the day before the delivery. The wood is excellent! It burns easily and long lasting! A face cord includes 20 bags. The bags make it easy to move the wood into your house when needed. This company is not cheap but it's perfect wood, stacked, and no mess too clean. It's all small and medium pieces, which is what I prefer. I first ordered in October and received the face chord in a week. I ordered again on 12/28 and it took five weeks which was a week earlier than quoted. I understand that everyone is buying wood and I expected it would take a while. I have used this company for a couple of years and now reached the end of my patience with them. While the wood when you get it is decent (long lasting in terms of burn) the issue is getting the product. First off when you place the order it can take 4-12 weeks from then to actually get the wood. You have to call them and chase them for delivery. Then if you get a delivery day this will then change repeatedly and they won't be flexible, eg can you deliver tomorrow when I am in. Finally if you do have someone there when they actually deliver they'll just dump it on your driveway so you have to stack it all yourself. Which takes an hour or two. read more

I called up to place an order for 1 face cord of Kiln dried wood and get a quote. They gave me the quote and said it would be 1-2 weeks before they could confirm delivery but not to worry as they would call me a few days in advance to confirm payment and then 30 minutes before they delivered. Fast forward 2 weeks later and my phone rings as a truck pulls up to my driveway. So much for confirming payment or the 30 minutes notice. I look at the bags of wood and there are 20 of them, and they look half empty. I question the size and he said it will be 8 x 4 dimensions. I say; if its not to do you plan on taking it back. He said no. Against my better judgement I let them unload the 20 bags and sure enough the dimensions are 7.5 x 3.5 with the average length of wood being about 14-15 inches. I ordered wood on Nov 23rd...Women who works there on Saturdays advised it would not be delivered until second week of December. Now I am being told (after I called) that not until Christmas week. All they could say "well its that time of the year" which is ridiculously unacceptable. Perhaps all their customers should say "oops Sorry, I cannot pay til beginning of the year".
