I also requested they leave the wood chips so I can smother everything to prep for spring planting and they're even coming back to drop off another load tomorrow (one truck-full turned out to not be enough for everywhere I needed it to be.) I purchased their "screened" top soil, and it was absolutely terrible quality. The soil was full of debris, rocks, and material that clearly was NOT properly screened. It created a huge amount of extra work and frustration. I called multiple times trying to speak with the owner. Every time I was told he was "out on job sites," which I understand can happen. I continued calling every few days just trying to resolve the issue professionally. Eventually I was met with attitude, hung up on, and then they proceeded to block my calls entirely. I rarely write reviews, but buyers beware. This company does not care about customer service and they DEFINITELY do not properly screen their top soil. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
