They never showed up. When I called to check (with only 15 minutes before my appointment), the dispatcher claimed the driver had arrived, honked multiple times, and called me. None of that happened--I was downstairs the entire time and have no missed calls or messages. There was no apology, just indifference. I ended up having to scramble for another ride. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer.
