They never showed up. When I called to check (with only 15 minutes before my appointment), the dispatcher claimed the driver had arrived, honked multiple times, and called me. None of that happened--I was downstairs the entire time and have no missed calls or messages. There was no apology, just indifference. I ended up having to scramble for another ride.
