At that time I brought to Charlie's attention that the tank had a serial date of 2021 and he replied but the warranty starts today (August 2022.) Well, the Inspector told me that the Insurance Co goes by the serial manufacturing date which is 2021and some Insurance Companies want the homeowner to change out their water tanks at 10 years old. Due to Charlie's plumbing not installing a current year manufactured tank he does not realize the implications to future home owner's insurance requirements.
