The dealer has attempted to lay the blame on the Montana Department of Motor Vehicles. I purchased the vehicle in Grants Pass, Oregon. I reside in Montana. The dealer has attempted to lay the blame for the delay on the Montana DMV. I find this very suspicious. Additionally, the dealer told me that two letters were sent to my address in Montana, I did not receive either letter. The letters were supposedly to inform me that there was a delay in the paperwork beyond their control. The dealership has been less than willing to assist me. I strongly recommend not purchasing a vehicle from Rigs and Rides. I am 67 years old. I have purchased at least 40 vehicles in my lifetime. This has been the worst vehicle purchasing experience of my lifetime. Incredibly incompetent and rude staff once the sale was done.

Ken @ Lithia Servicing Dept. in Grants Pass answered my call and booked me the following day -- made sure I was safe to drive to the shop and offered me a ride while they fixed my truck. Dropped it off at 9:00am, picked it up at 2:30 completely fixed. I would highly recommend Ken and Lithia in Grants Pass -- caring and compassion 100%!

Had poor help at the service department. After tires were installed on a relatively new 4runner with under 50k miles with warranty. They ended up breaking 3 out of 4 TPMS sensors. Wanted almost $1100 bucks to fix. Now tell me how it is my fault that when they put on the new tires, balance and alignment on car. Back for drifting to the right, and vibrations between 60 and 65mph. Then they told me to visit Les Schwabb because they have a better balance equipment something called road force. In the end I had to pay for the parts ~ $340 bucks. Plus, other problems like not ordering me a ride back home. Forgot to order parts for a good 10 days, found out once I called again to see what's up. Main Manager emailed wanting to talk but he never returned 2 calls with messages. So, avoid their service dept at all costs, plus they are very expensive compared to other places. ie- Toyota wanted $650 for repair and they wanted $1100, then they said we will match Toyota price. Then just pay for the parts that we broke.... On a side not they drained my battery during working on it all day. I had taken my daughter and her 4-month-old baby out for lunch in Medford and when getting back to our vehicle it would not start and needed a new battery, Toyota was great and did it in 20 mins.!

When it comes to communication I'd give them a 10/10, When Angel was helping other clients he is still making sure you're taken care and all your questions can be answered so you aren't waiting around. We had also gone to another dealership for an estimate on our vehicle and were given a much lower number than Angel got us. When it came time to buy we didn't even have to drive over, he came and brought the vehicle over to us on the coast. This dealership does not honor their advertised 2 week warranty or fulfill promises…read more Was promised by owner Lon to fix transmission that his son Mike lied about but Mike refuses to fix. Power steering went out while driving with my newborn and they sent it to an unlicensed mechanic and refused to give me any contact info or name.... I ended up having to pay to fix everything their mechanic didn't! All of these occurred well within their two week period and after 4 months the car is COMPLETELY un driveable. Mike has called me out of the blue and harassed, intimidated and made threatening statements about a post on Facebook in a mothers group accusing me of slandering them, it was an anonymous post about another dealership. He has refused to apologize for this and completely stopped contacting me or returning repeated calls to him wondering when they will fix my car! This salesman Mike is very rude to younger people, takes complete advantage and ignores his mistakes. I sent a bank representative down there to talk to him and he ignored them for an entire week, until she had to call again and he still refused to fix it. Mike is beyond rude to service members and veterans, who tried to speak to him on my behalf since he had treated me in such a disgusting way. Swearing at them, slamming doors and threatening to call the police because things didn't go his way. I ended up showing him the videos of all the promises they made to fix it. This made him explode with anger as he thought I had nothing on him. During this he made a statement saying "...we don't inspect all of our cars, just the ones that need it" asking why their multi point inspection for every car they advertise on, somehow didn't show the severe transmission issue, and mistook it for bad brakes, along with severe damage to power steering. He has lied so many times and accused everyone else involved other than him to be the liars, even his own business partners, and other reputable licensed mechanics, to try to get out of this. He is the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met. Honestly would have been fired a long time ago if his Dad didn't own the place!

I took my immaculate 2016 mustang gt in to have the brake fluid flushed. I ask if might talk to the…read moreman who would do the work and was told no. I explained that my mustang is a low mileage well taken care of car and please be careful with my investment. When they finished the job I drove back to home and as I got close to home I lost all braking (pedal to floor no brakes). I raised the hood and saw brake fluid spilled on my paint and on top of the resevoir. I walked around the car and discovered a rather large puddle of brake fluid under the one of the wheels and all over my very expensive wheel. At this point I jacked the car up and pulled the wheel. Un fortunately it was to late for the wheel as it had been damaged by the brake fluid. The caliper, rotor, brake pads were soaked with brake fluid as well as everything behind the wheel. Needles to say I was crushed as brake fluid is so damaging. I discovered that the bleeder valve had been left loose. I immediately called them to inform them and was told they would redo the job and replace what was damaged. No pads where replaced and I have a wheel that missing its clear coat and pitted badly. They did offer to have the wheel looked at and look at my pads but looking wont help a contaminated brake pad, both front (left and right) pads would need to be replaced and at this point being my 3rd time dropping my car off I chose to do the pads myself and minimize risk of more damage. I will also replace my wheel. One last thing, when I talked to the service manger about what had happened not even an apology nor have I ever received an invoice showing what was done the second time. Air most certainly entered the brake system and I would like to know if they in fact redid a complete bleed on the system and abs block or did they just bleed the caliper that leaked. Never got a call to pick up my car the second time and went back over to Mocks to find my car sitting in the parking lot. 1 star rating for Mock Ford and -1 star rating if it was possible. One last thing I forgot to mention, they managed to hit the front splitter below the bumper and smashed it in and crack it. Lots of my money and time was wasted taking my car to Mocks Ford. This whole affair has been quit depressing and costly for me.

Upon inspection, the new mechanic was absolutely appalled by the amount of rust damage. Three boys auto tried to spray paint and cover up all this damage... The price tag on the check was a little over eight grand. The mechanic I took the truck to advised us not to purchase the truck and that the truck would definitely break down sooner than later. What a complete trash company trying to screw people over to make a sale. I'm going to educate everybody in Southern Oregon about this trash auto company. If you find yourself dealing with the scam artist, please do yourself a favor and get a second opinion, These guys are crooks and should not be trusted.
