Brandon was great! Got me in a new truck no problem. I'm really happy with the truck. I'll be back for my next vehicle for sure!

My SO and I have spent a few weeks looking for a new car as our daily driver was finally starting…read moreto have enough. Instead of putting the money into fixing that car up, we figured we'd by a new-to-us vehicle. It was a long process looking for a car not only in our budget, but also suitable to our needs. There were a few vehicles from this lot that popped up and caught our eye, but there was one in specific we really liked the look of. After contacting my bank and setting up an auto loan, we went down to Rigs & Rides and test drove the vehicle of our choice. Before hand, Craig gave us a splendid pitch on it. He wasn't pushy, and was open with his knowledge on the car. He was also very upfront with us with how Rigs & Rides handles sales, told us we could take the car around town, on the free-way, try it out as if it was already our daily driver and to feel free to take it to our mechanic and have it checked over. The vehicle itself was very clean on the outside, inside almost equally so aside from some minor, expected wear usage, but it had been cleaned up very nice. He set us loose and off we went! Note: Due to gas theft from their lot, they have to keep the tanks low on fuel. Completely understandable, but just a PSA from me to you to double check that gauge before you leave the lot. :) After driving it around, we really liked it and believed it to be a reasonable rig for the price, mileage and look. Now comes for the craziness! So, I thought that the process with my bank was going to be fairly straight forward, but due to some misunderstandings on my part and my bank's, the actual buying process was thrown into a little chaos. We ended up driving back and forth between the bank and the lot a few times, haha! But the entire time Craig let us keep driving the vehicle, which really helped add to the peace of mind. On the second to last return to the lot, Craig called my bank representative (who was a lovely help, btw! Love Rogue CU) and got everything sorted out on our behalf. This was extremely appreciated as this was both of our first official on-lot car purchase and so this was all new to us. After sorting out the wrinkles that had formed, everything was in order! Craig took the time to explain everything in the documentation and didn't rush us through it. It was over all a very pleasant and fun buying experience. Craig is an excellent sales man and I truly am thankful for his patience with us. Note2: There were a few people who showed up while we were there and he was sure to acknowledge them while not putting us on the back burner. He was extremely busy and was juggling A LOT of stuff, but he handled it calm and well. Note3: Look into the CUDL program! We had never heard of it before and it would have made our buying process much easier. Since I was already approved for the loan through my bank, it would have been a hassle in and of itself to switch over to CUDL. But it might work for you and would be worth looking in to! Note4: When we went in, there was a decent selection on the lot. There were actually 3 other rigs (2 of the same make) that we had had our eyes on, but really wanted the one we walked away with. I feel confident in our purchase and if there are any changes, I will update this review accordingly.

Honest People, Real Help…read more The day before starting a new job out of town, I was picking up groceries to help my family when someone accidentally hit my parked car. They didn't run--they stayed, and were kind about it--but the car was stuck and damaged enough that it had to be separated with help from a very gracious police officer. Unfortunately, it was totaled. I had no time to spare, no backup car, and no easy options. That's when I found Rigs and Rides in Grants Pass--and everything changed. These men are not your average car salesmen. They're financial pros who went above and beyond, spending hours working to get me the best possible deal. Not just a deal. The right deal. One that was affordable, fair, and something that would actually help me--boosting my credit and securing a vehicle I could count on for years to come. They were kind, patient, honest, and genuinely cared about my safety and long-term well-being. I never felt pressured. Just supported. Thanks to them, I drove away in a beautiful Volvo that handles like a pro ice skater on butter--smooth, reliable, and with room to carry everything I needed for my new beginning. If you're looking for a dealership that sees you as a human being, not a commission, go to Rigs and Rides. They care, they hustle, and they deliver.

Ken @ Lithia Servicing Dept. in Grants Pass answered my call and booked me the following day -- made sure I was safe to drive to the shop and offered me a ride while they fixed my truck. Dropped it off at 9:00am, picked it up at 2:30 completely fixed. I would highly recommend Ken and Lithia in Grants Pass -- caring and compassion 100%!

Had poor help at the service department. After tires were installed on a relatively new 4runner with under 50k miles with warranty. They ended up breaking 3 out of 4 TPMS sensors. Wanted almost $1100 bucks to fix. Now tell me how it is my fault that when they put on the new tires, balance and alignment on car. Back for drifting to the right, and vibrations between 60 and 65mph. Then they told me to visit Les Schwabb because they have a better balance equipment something called road force. In the end I had to pay for the parts ~ $340 bucks. Plus, other problems like not ordering me a ride back home. Forgot to order parts for a good 10 days, found out once I called again to see what's up. Main Manager emailed wanting to talk but he never returned 2 calls with messages. So, avoid their service dept at all costs, plus they are very expensive compared to other places. ie- Toyota wanted $650 for repair and they wanted $1100, then they said we will match Toyota price. Then just pay for the parts that we broke.... On a side not they drained my battery during working on it all day. I had taken my daughter and her 4-month-old baby out for lunch in Medford and when getting back to our vehicle it would not start and needed a new battery, Toyota was great and did it in 20 mins.!

I took my immaculate 2016 mustang gt in to have the brake fluid flushed. I ask if might talk to the…read moreman who would do the work and was told no. I explained that my mustang is a low mileage well taken care of car and please be careful with my investment. When they finished the job I drove back to home and as I got close to home I lost all braking (pedal to floor no brakes). I raised the hood and saw brake fluid spilled on my paint and on top of the resevoir. I walked around the car and discovered a rather large puddle of brake fluid under the one of the wheels and all over my very expensive wheel. At this point I jacked the car up and pulled the wheel. Un fortunately it was to late for the wheel as it had been damaged by the brake fluid. The caliper, rotor, brake pads were soaked with brake fluid as well as everything behind the wheel. Needles to say I was crushed as brake fluid is so damaging. I discovered that the bleeder valve had been left loose. I immediately called them to inform them and was told they would redo the job and replace what was damaged. No pads where replaced and I have a wheel that missing its clear coat and pitted badly. They did offer to have the wheel looked at and look at my pads but looking wont help a contaminated brake pad, both front (left and right) pads would need to be replaced and at this point being my 3rd time dropping my car off I chose to do the pads myself and minimize risk of more damage. I will also replace my wheel. One last thing, when I talked to the service manger about what had happened not even an apology nor have I ever received an invoice showing what was done the second time. Air most certainly entered the brake system and I would like to know if they in fact redid a complete bleed on the system and abs block or did they just bleed the caliper that leaked. Never got a call to pick up my car the second time and went back over to Mocks to find my car sitting in the parking lot. 1 star rating for Mock Ford and -1 star rating if it was possible.
