The last time was around 6am and I have to say that's really the best time to come here. It's empty at that point and the attendant is usually cleaning at that time and you have your pick of baskets, washers and dryers. No mad scramble for a cart or a machine and that's just how I like it. I do wish that the machines also took coins along with it's current feature of taking the laundry card just because I have loads of coins on me - usually enough to do laundry - and I can't actually add it to the laundry card without turning it into a paper bill first. The laundry card machine takes bills and card. I've only ever used cash because I don't trust it with my card info. You never know where a skimmer may be lurking. All in all, if you're looking for a 24 hour laundromat to wash your linens or clothes, come here. You shouldn't be disappointed.

At least drop off services are cheaper than M&B LAUNDROMAT a couple of blocks down. Here they charge 0.70 cents a pound. The other place is .90 cents!!! Thats a huge difference. 30 pounds of clothes can be $6 difference. My only concern i came here last night at 9:23 pm, they were closed to pick up my laundry. I told them that the Americans with Disabilities Act requires them to admit me with my service dog. They physically barred me from entry nonetheless, because "some of their customer" might not like it. If you are a person with a disability who has a similar experience with Family Laundromat, please leave a record of it here so that others can establish a pattern of behavior. Business owners like this feel free to flaunt the law because the supposed watchdog agencies will do nothing, even when you file a well-documented complaint. Also, if you are a disabled person trying to establish a pattern of behavior, feel free to reach out and I will happily support you by attesting to my similar experience. Thirdly, whether you are a disabled person or not, please consider whether the actions on the part of Family Laundromat reflect your values. If not, consider frequenting a business that does. The clothes come folded and seemed to be all there so we assumed everything was fine to put away. As we were unpacking the first bag gave a bad smell of some sort of animal that we thought was a cat , the top of the bag was a hooded sweatshirt that had the same smell, I went through the bag to smell the clothes which seemed to be shielded from the now ruined hood, after a few days my fiancé was searching for something to throw on and she grabbed the black hood in the picture and noticed the stain which smells like animal vomit. I immediately texted the guy and he got defensive. I left it alone just thinking to myself I won't use the service any longer . But days later is the tip of The iceberg when I grabbed a towel out of the linen closet and had the same smell on a 2 towels. After texting the guy he said he was going to call the police because it was harassment on a Sunday and denied everything and never offered any resolution to this debacle. He's a scam
