I will do nothing about it because I don't want to go through any more inconvenience, but I will say that, for the price I paid, I would expect something closer to perfection. Make sure everything you want is in writing on their order form, or you will get a different story and a disclaimer.

They bleached the wood, re-stuffed the chair, and reupholstered the seat. The reupholstered chair cushion looks exactly like the original! It looks and smells just like new. They also even helped me clean the rest of the chair. You can tell that these guys really take pride in their work. They are honest with you, and try to work within your budget. It took them about a month to finish the project, but it was so worth the wait! I spent about $125 for the whole thing.

I always want to support local artisans, and I get that they can't guarantee the work over the long term - but to refuse to even consider that it wasn't done right in the first place is problematic, to say the least. I'll look elsewhere next time.

He's been doing this since he was a young teenager and you can tell. Don't let the "messy" workshop fool you, I am sure the owner has a system going on. The costs are super reasonable and he won't oversell you on repairs or treatments. He charged $7 for a shoe shine and to apply dye to the heel and edges of shoes. He also charged about $60 to repair 2 pairs of dress shoes, including replacing the rubber heel covers for both shoes and also doing some repairs on the sole (without needing to re-sole). He seems like an honest and hardworking individual and I will be going back to him for any future shoe repair needs.

I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service. You've cost me money now. Your customer service was very friendly, but it's nothing when it only adds up to trouble and frustration for the customer you said you'd provide a service to.
