She was loud and the energy was anything but relaxing. She had me turn from my stomach to my back and started with my feet which I thought was strange. I asked for a deep tissue massage. There was zero technique involved. I became more anxious and upset by the minute. I asked for my massage to be cut short. She rubbed me if you can call it that but didn't massage me. I asked her name and that's when I realized they didn't give me the therapist I booked with. Even though I expressed my feelings of being upset I was still charged $100. I don't expect anything free but I'm just disappointed with my experience and the time and money I spent to walk away feeling very irritated.

At the relaxation room they have complementary snacks, water and tea for you to relax in before you're called in for your massage. Our therapists were really nice and professional.
