They put down that I fell asleep in one visit, not true. Said I complained about doing my PT, never happened. Also took my words out of context. This can cause your doctor to not take you seriously and not provide the care and service you may need. Basically the lack of consideration of the therapist is a major concern for me and you should be concerned as well. Making false comments in a patient's record is unethical and poor practice. I am disappointed in my experience and I hope this review is helpful to others. There are plenty of PT practices so select wisely.

Understaffed and no schedule provided " just get there when…read morewe can. " We only received one actual visit from any of the caregivers other than occupational therapist who came twice as scheduled before we were discharged by the clinical director Ms Brandy Yates who was unsympathetic and unprofessional. Never in my life experiences have I had a service provider refuse to give a scheduled or approximate expected time of arrival for the nurse. Dealing with disabled post surgery and cancer patients who are also impacted mentally is a difficult task. Scheduling of doctor's appointments and chemo requires a patient's need to know their home health provider's schedule. I didn't feel this was an unreasonable request. The Centerwell Griffin office did not bring what it takes to the table.
