I bring my business clothes and they do not do things right (many "do-overs"). They chip buttons and when asked for a replacement or repair, the item sits there for almost 2 weeks and no corrections are made. The owner/Managers do not call their customers to address issues and they mix-up clients clothing. All the above happen to me. They lost a good customer and will never trust my clothing with them again. To top it off...they are NOT cheap!

I brought a leather jacket to be cleaned on October 28th to be dry cleaned and the young assistant working that day told me it was going to be $10 and will be ready on the 30th at 5:00PM which was not accurate but she had only 3 days of training I was told later. I received a voice mail on November 5th that the jacket was ready and it was going to be $ 102.39. I was shocked and called the cleaner right away. I was told that I was mis-quoted and it was going to be $102.39 and that the manager would call me back which did not happen. Today, November 6th, I went to pick up the jacket and Sharon was very understanding and apologies and try everything to get customer service to understand my frustration. I just said I understand the mistake but the cleaner should have called me back before proceeding with the cleaning and ask me if I wanted to still do it ( I would not have agreed since the jacket is 30 years old) . Sharon really went out of her way but still they would not compromise. It is what I call an unhealthy place to do business and to even work there. I will never, ever bring my clothes there.

She said my clothes needed some extra charge because of the elasticity which the shirt definitely wasn't. The reason I'm saying this is because when you bring your clothes in she'll try to find some unreasonable reason to charge you more for the cleaning. Instead of giving you good customer service and wanting you to come back she'll try to get as much as she can regardless of what the reason is. The curtains came back and the seams were not straight and did not fall properly. I two other '50 panels they were just to iron, came back with chocolate or poop on one of them and they looked burnt and off white (no longer the white color they were). After discovering this, I went back the next day. The owner was nonchalant but said she'd fix it. They'd correct the crooked seam and dry clean them all and spot clean the one with the stains. I went back several days later to pick it up and they attempted to fix the seams, dry cleaned all the curtains and all of them had shrunk (severely!!!). They were all now discolored. They reimbursed the alteration and dry cleaning cost but I had to throw the curtains away as they had shrunk about 7 inches and now cream colored instead of white.

Washer kept giving error in rinse cycle & now will not even start. We came here about 1100 AM on a Saturday. First of all, these speed Queen washers are the bomb. I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars
