We received a 24-hour confirmation email, and a 6 hour confirmation email that included the driver's contact info (name, cell, photo, etc). Very helpful although we didn't need it because the driver was on time, and nice. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. It could seat 6 (7 including driver) but we only needed 4 seats.
